CHARTER FOR HAULAGE BASHING SIMULATOR FORUM.

The purpose of this forum is to provide a meeting point for people to discuss and debate all aspects of Haulage Bashing in the real world and Haulage Bashing Simulators (HBS's). This particularly includes the Scottish Rover and Hellfire simulators, but is not restricted to these titles.

1. Original posts should be on topic, ie: related to a Haulage Bashing matter. Off topic posting should be avoided. Posting and discussion from anywhere in the world is welcome, but please post in English. Postings should be accompanied by the user's name (or Internet alias) and a valid email address. The moderator reserves the right to remove anonymous posts or those that are not accompanied by legitimate contact details.

2. The same standard of courtesy and respect should be maintained in posting or replying to threads as if you were discussing the matter in person. Healthy debate is encouraged but trolling, flaming or any form of personal abuse is not welcome here.

3. Posts that link to sites displaying "adult" material are not permitted.

4. Posts which link to, advocate or solicit the unofficial copying or redistribution of software (piracy or warez) are not permitted.

5. Posts containing abusive or offensive language are not permitted.

6. Binaries (picture or text files) should not be posted. If you want to distribute such material, a link to an appropriate web page or FTP site should be posted, rather than the actual file.

7. On topic contributions from commercial sources are permitted, however any post that seeks purely to promote or advertise a new product should be clearly marked as such.

8. The rules of this forum are subject to amendment or alteration or addition without notice.

9. This is a moderated forum and the moderator reserves the right to edit or remove any posts, which, in his opinion contravene the terms of the above charter. Abuse may be reported to the offender's ISP. The decision of the moderator in all such matters shall be final. The sole moderator of this forum is Michael Wright who is also the Webmaster of the 'Railrover Haulage Bashing Software', and 'Roaring Forties' websites.
