Royal Scot class 46170 "British Legion" passing Madeley signalbox, with signalman Edgar Bedson looking out. "British Legion" was rebuilt from the ill-fated high pressure locomotive "Fury". It was the prototype for the rest of the Royal Scot class rebuilds by Sir William A Stanier.
