365/201, A photo a day for 2011.
This is not a Blog or Diary just an explanation for each of the photos in my 356/2011 set, a personal challenge to take one photo for every day of 2011.
001/365
Taken not long after midnight, the beginning of day one of 365, showing Claire and Dot dancing at a new years eve party at The Stables, Wynyard Village. £15.00 each for the night plus £15.00 for the minibus the buffet was fantastic and the entertainment was even better.
002/365
Dot having a beer waiting to check in to the hotel in Durham for a night out on the town. The hotel room was only £19.00 so it was too good to miss.
003/365
Day after our night out in Durham we did some shopping and it's hard to walk past this view without taking a photo. It was very cold, we didn't stay for long and we had the girls for the night.
004/365
The girls on the bus at Beamish Museum, Durham, England. We have a season ticket, so for the twins last day off school we made our first visit of the year.
005/365
No good photo from today, so I took one of my beer (this may happen again). Banks’s, Bitter, England, 3.8% light amber colour with a thin head, malt and fruity caramel aroma, a good citrus hop bitter taste.
006/365
Walking home in subzero temperatures, after drinks and good food with friends.
007/365
Left it too late and also had far too many beers to get a good photo.
008/365
Beer at the first BBQ on the year, done at the table using the indoor BBQ.
009/365
From tomorrow I really will have to put more thought into this 365.
010/365
Got a new satellite dish fitted today, upgraded to HD.
011/365
The twins Emily and Georgia having Tea after school. It is only in northern parts of the UK that this meal is known as Tea, in other parts it is Dinner. We have Breakfast, Dinner, Tea and Supper (occasionally), southerners have Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, and Supper.
012/365
Day out in Richmond, North Yorkshire, it was cold wet and overcast but we did a 3.5 mile walk anyway.
013/365
Sat waiting for dot to come out of work, noticed the temperature was in double figures, apparently its the first time in 69 days.
