rarescale course on the Scottish island of Skye

Join rarescale for an informal week of music and breathtaking scenery on the Scottish island Skye.

Residential masterclass courses for alto/bass flute (Carla Rees), oboe/cor anglais (Paul Goodey)

and electronic composition (Michael Oliva) and composition retreat.

Class sizes will be limited to allow students to achieve personal goals in a relaxed atmosphere.

 

- 12th-16th April 2010 (Accommodation available 10th-17th April)

- A second Course (flutes only)  19th-23rd April 2010 (Accommodation available 17th-24th April)

- Masterclasses 10am-5pm Monday to Friday

- Consultations for composers retreat participants

- Opportunities for composers and performers to collaborate

- Participation in Student concert at the end of the week
