If you are having trouble operating your teasmaid;
Firstly, read your instruction leaflet carefully and If you are still having problems please contact us and we will endeavor to solve your problem ASAP.

If you have lost your instruction leaflet;

If you believe your teasmaid is faulty;
If you have had the teasmaid less than 2 years then it is covered by the warranty and should be returned to the place of purchase. Please note that smashed teapots are not covered by the warranty.
If you have had the teasmaid for over 2 years we offer a repair service. For more information on this service please contact us.

If you require a replacement Teapot, removeable Plastic Tray or other spares;
Replacement Teapot's and Tray's can be purchased from us at a cost of £17.04 for the Teapot and £14.04 for the Tray (including shipping & VAT). To order; download the 'Spares & Accessories Mail Order Form', complete the form and post it to us with a cheque made payable to 'RBC ELECTRONICS LTD.'.
