It is essential that Clients can be confident that their business affairs will not be disclosed to third parties without their consent.

NBS is always prepared to consider particular confidentiality issues applying to potential projects and, where appropriate, enter into confidentiality agreements drafted by Clients.  All subcontractors employed by NBS are required to enter into a confidentiality agreement with NBS.
