Business Networking

NBS and its Clients have benefited greatly from NBS’s principle of ‘networking’ with business and technology experts who have been engaged on behalf of Clients to provide specialist expertise.

Networking with others who have complimentary skills has enabled NBS to explore the limitations and opportunities offered by developing strategies and technologies and consider how these might be best applied to Clients’ needs.  Clients too, have benefited by having the strategies and technologies managed on their behalf – and only applied where appropriate and relevant.

A particular advantage of ‘networking’ to Clients has been that, by buying-in just the skills needed, and for the just the time needed, NBS has been able to offer great skills depth at minimal cost.

NBS enjoys a number of associations with businesses and individuals who have brought, for example, ICT, business, language and other specialisms to bear on Clients’ projects.

Changing technologies, markets and Clients’ needs sometime mean that new skills need to be evaluated on Clients’ behalf.  The skills requirements of each new project are therefore evaluated at the bid stage.  Where relevant, current associates are invited to contribute to the generation of the project Terms of Reference (TOR) and become involved in the bidding process.  If skills gaps are identified, additional expertise and advice are sought.

When won, each project is seamlessly managed on behalf of the Client by NBS with any associates involved in a project being sub-contracted to NBS.
