The club trains during throughout the year on a Thursday Night at Pyle Pool from 08:00 until 10:00. Training consists of a mixture of fitness and lifesaving awards.  Please see membership section for details of how to join

During the summer the club trains on a Sunday at Rest Bay from 11:00 until 1:00 and Youth/Senior/Master on a Tuesday from 18:00 until 19:30

The club fully complies with all SLSA and NSPCC Guidelines for working with children and vunerable adults.
