that it is an important contribution to encouraging our youth to develop the skills necessary
to do well in their future employment. It encourages the analysis of problems and
teamwork to establish satisfactory solutions and the importance of leadership skills. Our
students tell us that above most other things it makes them aware of the need to listen to
other views and not to think that your ideas are not always right. They return bubbling with
enthusiasm and only wish that it lasted longer then the week allocated. We believe that this
is one of the most beneficial ways that we can help the young people of today.

This is the young man who was selected to represent the Rotary club of Ribblesdale. last April. He came back full of praise for the course and felt it had helped him become a more tolerant, rounded person and could not think of any changes required to improve the course.
