Why is Everyone so Bloody Miserable?

Transport minister Tom Harris criticises the electorate but what is the answer?
Could it be?
12,674 new taxes from Prudence
The end of our democratic political system
The end of the free society & the beginning of the surveillance society.
The collapse of our economy
The destruction of our pensions
MP's ignoring the electorates wishes
Immigrants stealing our jobs, houses & benefits
Public servants pensions bankrupting the economy
Utility & fuel rises
Health & safety stupidities
Human rights stupidities
No EU referendum
Banks ripping us off at every opportunity
Terrorists claiming benefit & legal aid
MP's stealing all they can grab
Not forgetting the endemic failures in the NHS, the police, the legal system, transport & education.
Not bad for 11 years of labour misrule.

MP's – Beyond The Pale

BT is Killing Broadband

Having failed to spend the last 15 years rewiring Britain for fast Broadband BT now has the cheek to demand extra payments for fast connections (100Mb).
After salting away all their vast profits, instead of reinvesting and upgrading, they now hold their long suffering customers and Ofcom to ransom over the ancient slow local loop copper connections.(50+ years old)
BT started using computer technology in 1970 with computer inventors ICT and was at the forefront of many technological breakthroughs.
Though they were quick to use computer technology to save themselves money they always held back on allowing their customers to benefit from their experience.
This has caused Britain to fall from the forefront of telecoms to a seventh rate nation.
How much longer Ofcom is going to continue with BT's obduracy nobody knows.
Surely the only way to free up investment in the local loop is to carve up lucrative areas which all have responsibilities to rewire the surrounding countryside.
Otherwise BT will continue to pick the profitable cities and abandon the countryside to its fate.

Mugabe

Its at times like these in Zimbabwe that we realise how little power the UN actually has.
While pontificating in style at various summits it actually has neither the power or the will to act.
Maybe there are too many problem areas in the world to naively expect the UN to sort them out.
But as we look to the future with the EU rapid response force we can only guess that it will take forever and ever for the bureaucrats in Brussels to agree on anything let alone an aggressive deployment of forces in Africa.
This is where the media liberalist dream of peace and love falls apart because the only person with the bottle to contain Mugabe has been castrated by the liberal elite.
If only George Bush would fly a few jets over Harare and frighten the living daylights out of them.

EU Treaty

BY LAW, the treaty - which would create an elected EU president and an EU foreign minister, while cutting back the number of national vetoes - can only be implemented if it is ratified by all 27 member states.
This shouldn't be a problem for GB though.(wot referendum?)

GB Expands the Black Economy

Gordon Browns tax & control policies are having the opposite effect. He is driving people into the black economy as competition from unregulated foreign workers drives down wages at the same time as a multitude of new regulations drive up the costs forcing workers to take any work available.

Bush to Attack Iran.

The Bush administration is planning to carry out air strikes against Iran by August and two U.S. Senators have already been briefed on the attack according to a report in a highly respected newspaper, which cites a former assistant secretary of state and U.S. career diplomat as its source.

Jihadist Blows up Toilet

The war on terror took a new turn when Muslim convert Nicky Reilly succeeded in blowing up the toilet in the Giraffe restaurant in the Southernay shopping precinct Exeter Devon UK.
Al Qaeda had identified the target as a good place to massacre Christians though their information seems to have been slightly incorrect. .Exeter is not a very good place to choose or even Devon.
Osama bin Laden has released a tape on the Al-Jazeera Arab news station praising the radicalised fanatic for his bravery in attacking the forces of evil. He promised him 72 virgins, three burkhas and a bowl of chips.
Devon and Cornwall Deputy Chief Constable Tony Melville said 'Reilly appeared to be a vulnerable individual who had been preyed upon and radicalised'.
Damage to the toilet was minimal though Nicky Reilly had to be hospitalised.
It is thought that Nicky had problems while priming the detonator.
He said,“As I was sitting on the bog the whole thing blew up in my face dinit”

Green MP's

In response to MP's carbon card green scheme may I suggest that they look at their own
proliferation instead of imposing yet another so called green tax.
Has the amount of unnecessary bureaucracy our MP's create been analysed, as they create more and more quangos, more paperwork and more public servants.
Surely a strict analysis of the amount of carbon waste from the offices used by these wastrels would help our annual offset allowance and allow some common-sense to prevail.
Businesses work on a strict management to worker ratio. Government has no such rationalisation. They just expand exponentially and demand more tax to pay for their ignorance.

Gordon's Armageddon Awaits

Another day another tax. Prudence just doesn't seem to have got the message. We've had enough his tax bills.
Having spent the last decade trying to make local government responsible for less and more at the same time, with local council tax bills hitting £2,000 annually how much more will the passive electorate take .
There is another poll tax riot just round the corner.
If Labour wont kick him out then we'll have to do it.

EBC or BBC

It will be interesting to see who the BBC is going to side with in the coming years.
Will it try to cosy up to the EU for more grants and expansionist European dominance..
Will it continue its alliance with Hezbollah and Hamas against Israel.
Will it still prefer Iran to the US
Will it abandon the Labour Party as the Conservatives head for election victory.
Will it defend the rights of the British people as they battle the evil forces of government.
Will it support the licence fee payers who have provided its welfare for the last 50 years.
Will it continue its pretence to be impartial on every subject.
Watch another episode of soap to answer all of these questions and more.

Stats

18th May 2008
To test or not to test is totally irrelevant. Teachers are failing, schools are failing, pupils are being abandoned to their fate.
We are turning out a high percentage of uneducated louts who are only good at street slang, gang culture and bullying.
Academic education failed fifty years ago and will always fail. It does not educate the individual, it does not differentiate between the sexes, it does not identify human types or channel abilities into types of work.
Scientists know more about educating monkeys than they do about children. We spend more money on the Hubble telescope or looking for alien life forms than we do on our kids.
Is this a conspiracy of the rich & the powerful to keep the working classes ignorant or just a conflict of ignorance as government and teachers fight for power as yet another few generations of children fail.
And up & down the country a hundred universities educate and indoctrinate with no attempt to understand the psychological and physiological development of children.
What's the point of boring them to death with this mundane antique ideology of academia in the faint hope that they may identify with their teachers and learn how to memorise facts and repeat them robotically during a test.
Meanwhile killing all the youthful invigoration pouring from every child, their ability to think for themselves,
their spontaneity, their ability to create better original works of art than Van Gogh, to write better stories than Dickens & Shakespeare. To excel their teachers.
Poverty is no excuse either. If a school is in the middle of a deprived estate the school should be 'the source.' Funded to save these children from their poverty.

Public Service Pensions

Now that we are paying 26% for the extravagant public service pensions in our Council Tax,
And all our other taxes are probably paying another 26% for all the other public servants, has anybody ever bothered to ask why?
Why do people who have no pensions of their own have to pay somebody elses?
Isn't this an infringement of our human rights.
Why are we paying MP's pensions, Post Office pensions, BBC pensions etc.
Why can't they pay for their own pensions?
Take it out of their own wages not mine.

Mugs

10th May 2008
The house owning dream that Britain has sustained for so long has turned into a nightmare.
British householders are now targeted by every rip off merchant including our own government..
The failure of the financial services agency to regulate its industry is only one of the many frauds being perpetrated in the name of “The Economy.”
The failure to regulate the energy supply industry has opened the gates to foreign companies asset stripping our gas, electric and water companies followed by the imposition of extortionate bills on householders.
Everyone resident in Britain is now a sitting target as all our bedrock institutions turn into Arthur Daley's, ripping us off for all they can get.
Our impotent Prime Minister fails not only to act to protect us but has spent the last twelve years adding to the problem by imposing a stream of taxes, more than you can count.

Brown Doubles Tax For Low Paid

As Prudence (Gordon Brown) doubles the tax rate for the low paid and makes us pay 25% of our council tax for the pensions of public servants who have never done a days work in their lives
As Brown pays the Banks £100B more to pay for their fat cat bank bonuses.
As the BBC wastes 30% of the licence fee on its pension fund.
As the working population supports everybody else's pensions even though they haven't got one themselves.
We head towards a fragmented society of retired affluent state employees and 30 years of poverty for everyone else.
No wonder the councils are preparing for urban warfare.

Pensioners Leave in Droves

Pensioners hit by the latest Brown 10% tax fiasco are leaving Britain.
Unable to sustain the crippling rise in the cost of living; utility bills, income tax, council tax, motoring taxes etc they have packed their bags as they search for a haven where they can afford to live.
When resources are thin the choice between paying Prudence's taxes and survival has suddenly become critical.

And The Lord Said

As an atheist I feel I should point out that God said that we should not worship Golden Idols which I would interpret as money. And that while the world economy is important it shouldn't have superceeded the Democratic principles which our society was based on. Recent changes to the structures of government have altered the direction of our government away from Democracy and towards a corrupt economically based political system.

Merchant Bankers

What's the difference between The Banks and The Mafia.
The Mafia has a code of practice.

Politics is Not the Solution, It's the Problem

The abdication of the forces of law and order (the police) to the Financial Services Agency (FSA) has allowed a culture of corporate theft to thrive. While the common man is prosecuted for accidental shop lifting etc. a banker or director is allowed to steal millions of pounds without prosecution. Our politicians also remain outside the culture of regulation as they steal their way through life failing to implement their election promises.
Every elected government fails to reach expectations with short term solutions and wider problems concealed.
Is this the way for a intelligent civilised society to control its future.
Grab all you can before it all goes pear shaped?

Spanish Practices

Rumours are circulating that the Spanish owned Abbey's customers have had tens of thousands of pounds stolen from their credit cards without recompense.
The customer services department being 'unavailable' and the defrauded customers being charged interest on the stolen funds.
Abbey customers have also found their children's accounts shrunk by massive management fees and of course stock market losses.
So they have sunk to stealing childrens pocket money now
Obviously they didn't make enough from the with-profits guaranteed bond fraud.

Gordon Browns 10% Fraud

24/04/08

GB is more slippery than a snake.
He always takes money off you in real terms but giving it back is just an illusion.
Anybody who bothered to work out the smoke and mirrors deception of Browns ”U- Turn” on the 10% tax rate for the low paid can see that he is taking £215 from each taxpayer.
This means that if there are two low earners in one household they will loose a combined £430 by paying the 20% tax rate.
And what will GB give back? A £50 increase on the winter fuel allowance (which only one person can claim)
Or some increase in tax credits which nobody understands and which you can't claim if you have any assets.
As with the original tax announcement when he claimed to be cutting taxes its a con trick, all becomes obvious the next day.
But then, yet again he got the BBC and the press to give him a day of good publicity.
Gordon's U turn ? Gordon's smirking at us..

Sunday April 6th

May 1st Elections

Having destroyed British democratic principles over the EU Lisbon Treaty GB now wants us to go out and vote Labour in the local elections............fat chance.

Identity Cards are Another Tax Grab Plan

GB continues with his great masterplan to Tax and Control the population.
Identitity cards can be used to track your work record through your national insurance number.
This will make sure that you have paid for your NHS treatment, pension, sickness benefit etc.
What happened to the data protection act?

Feral Society

We used to have an underclass of people who never worked, now we have a feral society of people who have no jobs, no homes and no money.
As the middle classes find that they cant afford normal housing expenses what is going to happen to the impoverished pensioners, travellers and homeless children who roam our streets looking for handouts.
No doubt they will look forward to the day when they become non residents because they have no identity cards and therefore no identity.
And when in twenty years time the EU State analyses the political status of its electorate so that it can identify anarchists (or people who believed in democracy)
And the police routinely round up “offenders” who carry no cards.
The feral population will be roaming the countyside, hiding & eating raw veg.

Financial Chaos in the money markets.

This is what happens when you put crooks in charge of the national wealth.
GB is too busy taxing us into bankruptcy to notice that the banks and financial institutions can't even do basic maths.
Is GB trying to destroy England to fulfil his Scottish ancestry? William Wallace would be proud of him.

Mugabe & Brown steal the vote

We're now waiting for the Lords to help us..... fat chance
Is the Irish referendum our only hope ?

A corrupt world economy
A weak & tainted government
A sullen and betrayed electorate
No expectation of democratic change.
Don't be surprised if power shifts away from this political process.

Pensions

The reason that GB has been unable to sort out the old age pension crisis is because the country is likely to be bankrupted by public sector pensions shortly so... whats the point?

Democrats?

5th March 2008

After the appauling charade acted out in the House of Commons yesterday during the EU Lisbon Treaty debate
I think the Liberal Democrats should remove the word DEMOCRAT from their name.
They are a complete disgrace to the democracy movement.
I support the EU and the right to reform it through a democratic referendum.
To watch our members of parliament have a jolly joke, repeating lies, hiding partisan kinships, digressive arguments, time wasting diversions.........
It all looked so BAD. How you all carry on like this? Do you think we are all idiots and cannot see through your failings.
You abandoned the electorate when we needed you most.
You have destroyed the mother of parliaments with your stupidity.
You have failed Europe with your sneaky attempt to bypass the electorate.
Why do you think you know better than us what is good for the country?
Do you really think this is a good treaty?
We deserve better than this.
We want you to give us a treaty that we can be proud of..
Not this bodge up
Is the EU to be a European Union of States
or a European Union State.

Gordon Brown Wins Award

1st March 2008

Who would believe that the Labour Party of Great Britain would surrender this countries sovereignty to the EU without a fight.
That our MP's would transfer power to the unelected bureaucrats in Brussels.
That they would surrender control of our armed forces, the Bank of England, our foreign policy, control of our borders our tax and our legal system.
To an EU parliament whose accounts have failed to pass the auditers for the past 14 years because of corruption.
By a parliament that is so disfunctional it cannot even control agriculture.
Our soldiers fought two wars for this country and these MP's gave it up for nought.
The peasants of England didn't fight King John for the hard won freedoms of Magna Carta in 1215 just for you to give it away.
Gordon Brown you have been awarded the "Fukwit of the Century"

WE WANT A REFERENDUM

BBC Fails to be Impartial on EU

1st March 2008
During the annual review of 2007 on Newsnight (January 2008) the BBC failed to include the signing of the EU Lisbon Treaty in its top ten world events for the year.
How can a treaty which revokes Magna Carta and transfers British sovereignty to Brussels be of such little significance. This is a historic occasion.
The BBC has breached its covenant with licence payers by borrowing millions of pounds from the EU and yet it refuses to provide accounts of its expenditure.
Why should the British people be forced by law, or criminalised, to pay for the BBC to expand its media empire and biased national news service with no sign of a return on our 50 year investment.
Who actually owns the BBC anyway?

Brown To Save The World

7 January 2008

Gordon Brown announced his new year relaunch of New New Labour 2008.
This package is designed to totally outwit all television news editors by re announcing all
his previous dimwitted ideas that he failed to put into practice last year.
Todays fatally flawed brilliant idea was last launched by John Major in 1901. He announced that all patients would be able to get health checks from their GP to avoid getting any surprise diseases.
My GP replied;”If I spent my time doing health checks for all, I'd never have time to see any sick people.”
Brown is soon expected to announce massive cuts in the price of fuel, though the price is likely to rise as he puts more Brown tax on.
Brown announced new reforms for the Army after they ran out of bullets.. He promised they would be home for Xmas 2007.
Brown announces a new deal for the health service when he will get rid of waiting lists “at a stroke”
Browns new initiative on Education came in for some criticism after it was confirmed that it involved youthenasia.
Brown congratulated himself for saving the Northern Rock by pumping into it four times the amount needed to maintain the national pension of every person in Britain.
Browns EU strategy comes under fire when he realises he doesn't control the armed forces or the Bank of England any more.
Brown calls for more optimism from broadcasters as he explains that the country's economic decline is nothing to do with him spending ten years in the Treasury.
MP's will vote on a new wage deal for MP's including increases in pensions, expenses & severance pay. They will vote against it and then sneak it in through a back door.
MP's will vote against plans to make taxpayers support the political parties.and then sneak it in through the back door.
Browns new motto is; ”A lie a day helps you work rest & play”

I-Pod/I-Tunes/Apple/

08/01/08

How annoying is I-Tunes.
Not satisfied with turning our children into ear monkeys it now spreads its gospel media wise and attempts to out wit them with its claustrophobic restrictions on trade.
Will our children ever know the freedom of actually owning any music. Of actually having a cd and being able to play it on every conceivable media system.
Will they ever know that mp3 files are actually low quality rubbish sound files. That licensing music instead of selling it is a massive fraud.
We waited years to get to stereo CD quality sound. Will they ever appreciate the full CD quality living room sound.
The I-phone? What?
Q. What is more useless than having a hard drive full of low quality music?
A. Having a 500Gb USB drive full of low quality music.
They can certainly teach Microsoft a few lessons in restriction of trade.

Flood Pain

Was the recent spat of flooded houses caused by the politically correct building regulation which states that all new houses should have wheelchair access.
This resulted in planners banning stair access to houses and ending the common practice of building houses with an elevated ground floor.

Natole Kaletsky in The Times

January22nd 2008, “Mr Browns career as a serious politician ended yesterday.”

The TUC & The EU Treaty?

28th January 2008

The Unions have been extremely quiet of late realising that 'The Party' was going through a tricky patch and not wishing to 'rock the boat.'
Their silence on the EU Treaty however must show their support for the government.
So yet another institution abandons its democratic ethics for the holy grail money pot the EU promises.(Don't mention the BBC)
The TUC must see its future as the representative of the middle classes and the massive explosion of new members from the public sector.
Forget the working classes, the unemployed, the pensioners, the low paid.

Another loud silence emits from the TUC on the subject of immigration and the decision to open our borders to a wave of cheap unqualified labour from abroad.
As British workers are chained down with a multitude of bureaucratic regulations our friends from across the water steam in and steal our jobs with no restrictions at all.
It now appears that the Blair/Brown conspiracy was to flood Britain with cheap labour to boost the economy.
The failure to realise that the new immigrants would need; houses, health care, schools, claim benefits etc was a bit of an oversight.
But obviously well worth the boost in Labour Party membership.

Northern Wreck

28th January 2008

The farce at the Northern Rock shows the true priorities of the Sheriff of Nottingham (GB).
He continues his tax plan for the nation by robbing the poor to give to the rich.
It sadly also exposes how little the electorate matter in between elections and who really holds the power in this country.

The Labour Party

22nd January 2008

It is difficult to describe the sense of complete betrayal I feel for the Labour Party. A party brought to power to represent the working classes.
It has failed in all its attempts to improve our society; health, law & order, education, and seems to spend its time forming corrupt relationship with financiers.
It has lost its ethos of supporting the hard working people of this country and turned into a friendship ring for the rich & the powerful.
Its MPs appear to think themselves above the law, setting a bad example to others.
The indiscriminate taxing of the electorate at each and every opportunity and yet increasing the countries debt will be Gordon Browns legacy.
But the ultimate treason is the abandonment of any respect for democracy and the surrender of Englands sovereignty to Brussels without a vote.

Police - Health and Safety Killed Law & Order

January 20th, 2008
They have no control of the streets, they spend half of their time doing paperwork.
They retire early, go sick a lot and fail to keep law and order.
But the failings of the police are not theirs alone but a combination of political correctness, health & safety restrictions, bureaucracy and unnecessary control.
The castration of the macho male law enforcement officer has left the police forces with a cynical attitude to their work and an inability to carry out even the simplest of tasks.
Statistical analysis of every facet of the policemen's day has left them with no respect for promoting law and order, and no self confidence in their own judgement.

This government stands accused of the bureaucratic analysis of all it controls and then attempting to impose it's own ideas without any respect for the historic development of our society.
While there were obvious areas for the government to improve its effectiveness; law and order, the health service, education. etc this form of analysis and control is not tried and tested.
The philosophical understanding of the multiple situations which it is attempting to emulate has proved to be sadly lacking.
The arrogance of these politicians to supplant their banal ideas into every facet of our culture has caused immense damage to the fabric of our society.

Other countries seem to still have respect for their police, or is it just plain fear.
When we started taking our police to court for “clipping a child round the ear” the battle for the control of our streets and the battle for law and order was already lost.
There would be no drunken teenagers causing chaos on the streets if the police could give them a good whack with their truncheons with impunity.
It is astounding that it is a Labour government that is turning our society into George Orwells 1984.
When we read the book we all assumed that it would be an ultra right wing branch of conservatism that would breed this kind of macro control.
Yet here we are with a Labour government who are supposed to be representing the 'working classes' ignoring poverty, smooching with the business elite and creating an unregulated paradise for financiers.
Monitoring our cars and our lives with cameras ready to tax our every move. The electorate are just forgotten pawns as this apolitical elite feathers its own nest causing chaos with its limited intellectual abilities.

CLIMATE CHANGE

December 15, 2007

There will be no relief from the effects of climate change as long as the world economies are based on expansion.
The first stage of a balanced ecology must be a static controlled economic system.
Economic expansion allows great profits but causes incredible waste, poverty and unsustainable ecological damage.
There will have to be a seismic shift in the basic structure of our economic philosophy to come to terms with ecological pollution and face up to the challenges ahead.

Statistics

January 20, 2008

Gordon Brown, ten years in government, is his legacy going to be infamy for fiddling statistics.
While Tony Blair had a certain likeable charm about him and with the relative requirements of political expedience, as pm we could forgive him the indiscretions of a few untruths.
Gordon Brown on the other hand has presided over the treasury for ten years with a supposed rod of iron and built up an economic reputation for scrupulous integrity, financial rigidity & prudence.
It comes as a bit of a shock then to realise that his financial acumen is somewhat suspect.
His statement claiming that unemployment is falling fails to ring true under closer analysis especially when you take into consideration the myriad of devious manipulations that he has introduced to the unemployment figures over the years.
The fact that you have to make a phone call & then get through a phone check to even get a first interview at the job centre means that most people fail to register. Many other holes in the figures just don't add up.
When you then take into consideration all the other suspect statistics put out by the government; crime figures, educational improvements, green taxes, inflation figures, immigration, Northern Rock, British Rail.
The question arises, are there any statistics that have any credibility any more , has Gordon Brown totally debased government statistics to such a point as to making them invalid and a useless source of information.

EU Democracy

28th January 2008

Apart from the small matter of GB breaking an election promise and ignoring the basic tenements of democracy, the frightening thing about The Lisbon Treaty is that it allows the creeping creation of a "superstate".
GB could well find himself with no control over; foreign policy, the army, tax, the Bank of England, Law.
And all controlled by who? An unelected  bureaucracy in Brussels.

EU Treaty - Noon Bites Back

9th February 2008

Geoff Noon, Labour chief whip is threatening labour MP's with withdrawal of the whip.
It is difficult to tell with the amount of corruption in parliament at the moment if the failure of the Labour government to allow the electorate a referendum on the Lisbon EU Treaty is just another example of financial corruption.
It is true that the financial benefits for business and therefore our double dealing MP's are likely to be massive.
Whether it is worth abandoning the electorate and any morals that they might have left in the hope that we will forget by election time is a pretty futile hope.
The fact is that this government will never win another election after selling out Britain to the EU on the cheap.
Every MP is now being targeted on line.
The smother of corruption unfortunately means that there isn't a party with a clean slate for the next election.

LIB-DEMS VOTE AGAINST DEMOCRACY

21st January, 2008

Discussion in the House of Commons on the EU Lisbon Treaty was sabotaged today by the Speaker when he refused an amendment from 22 MP's calling for a referendum.
The Liberal Democrats have decided to support the government making it unlikely that the government will loose the vote.
Can anyone explain the Lib Dems position on Europe which is;
1. We would support a referendum on withdrawal from the EU.
2. We will not support a referendum on the EU Lisbon Treaty.

FOREVER ENGLAND

And who will lead England
Who will serve her and support her
And fight for her freedom
Who will be brave enough to challenge
The corrupt and the weak
The leaders with no vision
The lords with no laughter
The barons who spend our lives

Will our Queen save us from this sea of contempt
The men with no humility, no sense and no passion
Who destroy this land with their frail thought
And selfish egos.
Who torment the people with their stupidity
Starving the brave soldiers who fight for us
While celebrating a daily occasion, of gluttony

As democracy lies in tatters, Magna Carta deceased,
Destroyed by feeble men with feeble minds.
Who will now start the revolution
Of thought to make this political elite
Flounder and drown in the sauce of their own shame.

Away the men who pray to the false idols of economy
Who have surrendered England to it's foes, for a price.
Wearing the greed of personal success, a badge of recognition
And treachery, as England, abandoned,
Shrivels from within.

Awake the men of steel who lay hidden in shadows
Vanquish from this land the stain of mediocrity
Be gone the bureaucratic serpent who steals our wealth.
No more squalid satisfaction, we fight
In memory of the soldiers who died in defence of this realm
We salute the past and work from within, for a land that is,
Forever England.

McCartney - Divorce or Blackmail?

4 November 2007

The McCartney divorce highlights the problems that are currently faced by British men in the divorce courts.
Faced with an irrational wife it is often impossible to get a negotiated settlement.
This means that the man has to spend years paying a solicitor extortionate amounts of money to write letters and make application to the courts while he is held to ransom.
Solicitors find it highly amusing when the two litigants fall out as it means that they can keep the case going for years.
It is rumoured that Heather McCartney owes her lawyers £1.5million, presumably Paul McCartney will have to pay this bill and his own on top of any settlement.
This is something that routinely happens in most cases with the legal fees sometimes reaching 20% of the settlement.
A strange dichotomy of evidence is that while women are willing to drag out the dirty linen and exaggerate the worst parts of the marital history, men will usually refrain from the mud slinging.
The failure of women to accept that a failed marriage might be fifty percent their responsibility is something that is difficult to fathom especially when they have a lurid past.

You would think that during a legal process overseen by the best legal brains in the country that the result would be legal.
Unfortunately a lot of divorces include fraud and blackmail which the lawyers accept as part of the process.
False statements are routinely logged as legal documents, false financial accounts presented to the courts, legal aid fraudulently claimed and assets hidden.
The lawyers, who should know better, and who are supposed to prevent fraud by reporting it under the Prevention of Crime Act have managed to absolve themselves of any responsibility by winning a precedent allowing them freedom from prosecution.
After having two barristers in 10 Downing Street for ten years it is surprising that British divorce is such a shambles.
Due legal process continues unabated but is this really the best way to achieve a divorce?
Surely it would only take one day in a community court to resolve all the issues if the law was working properly.
As it is couples are at the mercy of unscrupulous lawyers who use all their years of legal skill, experience and ingenuity to extort the maximum amounts of money out of their clients.
Applying for a divorce in this country is like giving your lawyer a winning lottery ticket.
The McCartneys like so many other British couples will be the losers.
Yet again the legal process is failing as it encourages a scenario of Blackmail.
Divorce reform is way overdue.

The 2007 EU Charter

Friday August 31st2007

It appears that the unelected Mr Brown thinks that he can break his parties election pledge to give the country a referendum on the 2007 EU Charter.

Many of the recent negative changes in our society can be traced back to EU directives.
Our prisons are overloaded with foreign nationals who cannot be deported.
Our borders are porous to immigration from the Asia & Africa.
We are being swamped by the new EU nationals from Slovakia, Poland & Romania etc.
Our housing market has been thrown into chaos by the introduction of Home Information Packs (HIP's) by the EU.
Our judges cannot jail terrorists without infringing their human rights.
The disposal of our rubbish has been reduced to one collection a week and the introduction of recycling bins is likely to end up in us being surcharged.
Our army has been starved of equipment and resources to fight in Iraq & Afganistan because of our commitments to the Eurofighter & EU rapid response unit.
EU directives should have been a balanced process which showed some British influence and our international power kept in tact.
And then of course there are the EU taxes about which we are told nothing and the decision to stay out of the Euro zone. Is the Euro likely to be sneaked in as well?

These are all discussions that should be analysed at length yet all discussion so far has been stifled.
So who is likely to benefit from the introduction of this EU charter? It certainly won't be us.
As we have already seen. it's all to do with providing a more powerful trading block so that our companies can compete with the USA, Chinese and the Asian economies.
Improving our economy has not improved the finances of the poorest in our society. It has gone to the tax dodging company directors, the banks and the share holders. Our economy only benefits the rich and the powerful.

The unelected Mr Brown talked big about forming a government of consensus but that is all it is, just talk .
He will stand fast against the unions and the electorate and push this undemocratic EU Charter through at any cost.
A discussion of the issues, an understanding of the situation has not been allowed.
This has been sneaked through parliament during the summer recess.
We deserve to be treated like democrats, we are fighting wars to support democracy in other countries while we are loosing our own democratic rights.
This country was the mother of democracy. If this charter goes through without a referendum we will loose the freedom given to us in 1215 by The Magna Carta.
We will be governed by a faceless unelected corrupt and fatuous bureaucracy.

Support democracy in Britain. Support the call for a referendum on the 2007 EU charter.

Gun Crime

24/08/07

The loss of police control on city streets and the subsequent rise in gun crime is a direct result of the failure of political parties to control the illicit drug culture.
While the deregulation of cannabis was seen as a step in right direction it was not followed up by any serious legal provision for controlling or legalising the supply chain.
Even the tax hungry Gordon Brown has balked at allowing our cigarette manufacturers the licensed production of reefers.
The whole subculture of drugs, theft and the black economy is now such a part of our economy that stamping it out would cause a major rise in unemployment.
Ignoring the problem, though, is likely to allow a further fragmentation of society and more child deaths on the street.

Politics- The Betrayal of Democracy

5. August 2007

As the threat of an autumn election creeps upon us we, the electorate, look to the parties for a dynamic solution to all of Britain's problems.
With the Blair legacy relegated to the past we are now faced with the 'new' New Labour Prime Minister Brown and the fresh faced Conservatism of Cameron.
The issues that will decide the next election with be discussed at length by both these camps leaving the agenda of the electorate well hidden.
From the point of view of the electorate there is no difference between a Labour or a Conservative government. As far as we are concerned they both look after themselves first as we are 'sold down the river.'
We have watched Chancellor Brown create a hundred new stealth taxes, too many to name, that have ripped our wages from our pockets in one way or another.
It has already become quite obvious that Prime Minister Brown is a power freak content to Control & Tax until we bleed.
As Blair fought his daily battles with the Iraq obsessed media, Brown was quietly milking every pound he could possibly steal in every conceivable fashion.

The brazen corruption of MP's both moral and financial was not to be seen in the 'money for honours' debacle but in the complete betrayal of the public finances.
While Murdock was universally attacked for his abuse of the Mirror pension fund, no one has mentioned the £15 billion gaping hole in the government pension fund because it was obviously both political parties who used it to prop up their gross mismanagement.
The greatest recent insult to the electorate must surely have been when the MP's propped up the civil service pension fund (at our expense).
They then gave themselves a fat new wage rise with higher expenses (at our expense) only to be followed by topping up their own pension fund from the public purse. A breathtaking achievement and all while failing to find a solution to the black hole in our government pension fund.

As a Prime Minister, Brown appears to be hell bent on the State Control of the population.
The fact that democratic principles require our government to represent our collective wishes seems to be an illusion that arrives and departs, like a train, at election time. The fact that MP's are supposed to work for us has changed forever as they wield their power using the civil service, the councils and the European parliament.

The New Labour party was elected to represent the working class, the impoverished and middle class England
When in power the whole electorate was abandoned as the government was subverted by the rich and the powerful.
With two barristers in 10 Downing Street for ten years this country has seen a depressing distortion of British Law with the introduction of The Human Rights Act, a failure to act against the supporters of terrorism and a complete failure to implement law reform.
The economic and financial institutions have the legal freedom to ensnare the public in their fraudulent schemes and escape unscathed.
The legal professionals waste their time manipulating the vagaries of the law while charging us a years wages.
Judges enforce the law against 'the public' while freeing terrorists. The police have been castrated as a force for the control of the city streets.
Our companies are sold to hostile foreign owners who cant believe our naivety as they plunder our assets and send us an inflated bill for it.

The Blair years left us disillusioned with the power of the media to distort events and ultimately history. Forgotten is the historical fact that taxes were created to pay for a war as a temporary measure. Now we are burdened by an out of control expanding bureaucracy which is eventually likely to bankrupt the country.
Democratically we have lost the power of the Magna Carta, a decree given to us by legacy and squandered in the name of 'The Economy.'
We were given the freedom of England and spared the tyrannical rule of the King of England only to be governed by a corrupt and fatuous bureaucracy.
A minor part of which, our MP's, are elected.

BT ARE KILLING BROADBAND IN THE COUNTRY

12. June 2007

BT have now had over ten years to REWIRE BRITAIN in optical cable but they have chosen to stagnate and leave all their rural customers isolated from the latest high speed technology.
How long are they going to continue charging us for a service which they don't provide.
Creaming off massive profits without reinvesting and upgrading local connections.

Why haven't they installed local relay units in rural communities to provide high speed broad band.
Instead they just say that if your further than 6 miles from a telephone exchange you can't have it.
So while the cities thrive on the new technology, rural England is turning into a deprived area.
No high quality phone lines, no high speed broad band, no Broadband TV.
Ofcom show no interest in pushing BT to improve rural broadband connections and suggest using 'other' suppliers like cable or satelite which are also not available.
The new BT revolution marches on with the grand announcement of its stellar plan to rewire Britain.(Maybe next year)
But is this just a plot to outwit Ofcom and stop them from selling off BT's local loop network.
Blazing the technological trail with its new brand name 21CN. BT promises the holy grail for Broadband users, but when will this start? Next year? And where will they start? London.
Instead of upgrading all the country dwellers who failed to benefit from the last decades technological advances they start again with the cities who already have fast Broadband and leave us to wait another ten years.

Up to 8Mb is not really a promise of anything, especially when it only means 0.5Mb
As other nations revel in the Internet revolution the country that created the first computers still fails to deliver.

Brainwashing a Nation

10 November 2006

Thousands of news bulletins a day are brainwashing the western nations into false assumptions & beliefs.
News is no longer being reported by the media, the media is affecting & directing events.
It is creating disasters by it's own negligent approach to world events.
Subverting our rights and our lives without our knowledge.
The news of the day is distracting our government from its work as it faces a daily barrage of negative attacking stories.
In the past small pressure groups succeeded in changing government policy by using the media to promote their ideas.
Focus groups like the women's movement, amnesty international, liberty, gay rights or animal rights.
These movements have all used the media to force their opinions on us all and force the government to change laws.
Progressively the power of the media has increased and its strength continues unrecognised, unchecked and uncontrolled.
The power to manipulate government policy has now progressed from the individual democrat,
passed the pressure groups stage and on to big business and the media news networks.
Media news networks have inadvertently stumbled upon the collective power not only to manipulate government policy but to brainwash a nation into its own liberal ideology.
By repeating their liberal dogma over the networks for several years they have created a new perspective of events which was originally only dubious opinion.
This minority group has now achieved the power to dominate our democracy without any debate or allegiance to a political party.

Media Manipulation

(from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia)

The process of media manipulation is the way in which individuals or groups use various tricks in dealing with the media in order to create an image of their side of an argument that is most favourable to the receiver.
Such tricks are based on the use of logical fallacies and propaganda techniques,
and are often used by suppressing information or points of view by crowding them out, by inducing other people or groups of people to stop listening to certain arguments, or simply by drawing their attention elsewhere.
Many of the more modern manipulation methods are types of distraction,
on the assumption that the public has a limited capacity for attention.

Media Glib

16/02/06
Why do the media think that they have the right to form moral judgements on the behaviour of our
front line soldiers in a time of war.
Guantanamo, Abu Ghraib, alleged British army beatings.
Liberty and the media bleat on about the ethics of torture.
The liberal left media have lost all sense of balance.
What happened to their supposed equality.
They analyse & criticise world shattering events without even a blink at the overall picture.
They write anything for a good headline, never mind the consequences.
In the media world Bush is the big baddie. Saddam Hussein is now a "sad man" to be pitied,
Osama bin laden is a long lost joke in a cave.
Media Glib would have us believe that Bush is the most dangerous threat to world peace.
Especially now that the BBC has spent the last three years indoctrinating the
country into their opinions on the war in Iraq.
Maybe it was the BBC that indoctrinated all the 7/7 bombers & not the Immans?
How long will it be before we can no longer fight to preserve our country
without the support of the media.

As they corrupt our sense of right & wrong by destroying our democratically elected politicians.
As they indiscriminately weave their power in manipulating events & elections.
Their opinionating is not to educate us to the issues any more it is to bludgeon
us to their way of thinking.
This is corruption and psychological brainwashing.
I haven't noticed any of the media giving the Islamofacist army the same degree of criticism.
Maybe their scared of invading the terrorists human rights or facing racial prejudice
laws and stick to pulling our politicians and Blair & Bush to pieces.
Easy targets, lazy journalism.
As the city dwellers rush to control events, their stressed out anxiety lacks common sense,
judgement and foresight.
Don't worry about the Islamofascists cutting off peoples heads when you can criticise
Bush for breaching someone's human rights by "Shaving off their beards", "keeping them in the dark" or
"force feeding them" to save their lives.

Which is better
1. To attack Iran and destroy it's nuclear capability
2. To let Iran and it's affiliated terrorists have nuclear weapons.

Which is better;
1. To torture Islamic fundamentalists to get information
2. Wait for a chemical attack to wipe out a city

Which is better;
1. To protect our oil supply in the middle east.
2. Wait for our power stations to run dry

So when Al Qaeda devised their war against the west, what did they pick as our weakest line of defence?
The Media.
How will they destroy the will of the western democracies?
The Media.

Skunk

Monday, 16 May 2005

Rosie Boycott, who as editor of the Independent on Sunday campaigned for the legalisation of cannabis, concedes that modern cannabis is very different from that smoked in the 60s and 70s. 'It's got more dangerous with the increase in THC.'
SKUNK is 30 times stronger than 60's cannabis.
THC or tetrahydrocannabinol is the major active chemical compound in much of today's cannabis.
THC causes psychosis. It distorts perception, flattens emotions and can lead to hallucinations, voices in the head and depression.
This is on top of the damage cannabis causes to the lungs, cannabis contains many more cancer causing ingredients than even tobacco.

The BBC radio programme You and Yours featured a stream of people who thought cannabis-induced psychosis had destroyed their children's lives.
Professor Robin Murray from the Institute of Psychiatry said that the problem was exacerbated today because users were starting younger and smoking more - both of which increases the risk. 'Until the last couple of years, we didn't have definitive studies. Now we do,' he said. 'It's a time-bomb that's already gone off in London. We now have twice as many people who are psychotic than in the 1960s.'
Rosie Boycott said the rise of THC was a good reason for the government to start looking at the drug seriously. 'We don't want the drug to be adulterated in this way,' she said.

Even the Rastafarian's from Jamaica who originally introduced cannabis to this country refuse to smoke SKUNK because it is adulterated.
Experts in the field of drugs & addiction. have noticed that in the last five years there has been a marked increase in the number of people suffering from cannabis psychosis.
Cannabis psychosis mimics classic schizophrenia or manic illness. People develop paranoia, strange delusional beliefs, violence, hallucinations and loose touch with reality.
The THC acts on the brain receptors and causes the brain to release huge floods of dopamine, a chemical which can unbalance the mind.

People are having a change of heart over the cannabis laws after finding several personal acquaintances with teenage children who are suffering with psychosis as a result of smoking the enhanced cannabis, SKUNK.
This psychosis has made some teenagers incapable of looking after themselves. They have become paranoid, delusional and unable to maintain work or education. Eventually they can end up as in-patients in a psychiatric clinic.
This type of cannabis is nothing like the hippie cannabis that turned on the 60's & 70's generation. SKUNK is a super strength variety of cannabis farmed intensively in Britain using chemical fertilisers and artificial light.
A respected child psychotherapist has named SKUNK as being more dangerous than heroin.
Her explanation being that while heroin addiction can be cured, the damage caused by Skunk cannot.
The symptoms of Skunk induced psychosis are permanent.

Forty Percent

Tuesday, 03 May 2005

The media pundits are trying to understand why, after all their attempts to blast the electorate with anti-Blair propaganda, his support remains solid at 40%.
The blatant bias of the BBC News & Newsnight coupled with a tirade of headline-grabbing abuse from the Daily Mail and its cohorts has done nothing to dent Blair's popularity in the country.

While the pseudo-intellectuals in the media continue to re-fight Hutton again & again they still refuse to believe that they were wrong, and that their opinions are out of step with the rest of the electorate.

The press & the media have dug themselves into a hole which they are determined to stay in until they depose PM Blair, by fair means or foul.
The manipulators of the press continue to exaggerate the importance of negative news items. BBC news appears to relish every opportunity to run a lengthy negative story about Blair, never questioning the conspiracy of 'leaks' emanating from its own mouthpiece. It continuously breaks its electoral charter obligations to stay impartial.

The most galling of all the hypocrisies is the continued cry of Blair the liar. (BLIAR)
This coming from a profession who spend their lives lying for a living. The next time an honest & unbiased political article arrives in the media or press, please let me know.
As the pseudo intellectuals in the media continue with their myopic perspective of world events, everybody else has moved on. And while the general public may not have the superior intellectual abilities of the hacks, what they do have, is a more grounded perspective of life & events.
This can help them determine the moral difference between a hack who lies for money and a politician who lies for his country.
Another obvious point that the media hacks intentionally miss is that, in a democracy, attaining political consensus on divisive issues is practically impossible. As was explaining the finer points of the Middle East to everyone through a PLO biased media.

The only thing the media/press has achieved in the last few years is to stop the country from moving on to becoming a better society. Stagnation rules the media as it becomes more irrelevant by the day. It speaks but nobody listens.

The Blame Culture

22/07/2004

Blair was savagely criticised by Anatole Kaletsky in The Times for not intervening in Sudan & stopping the genocide & starvation.
A.K. should not be so narrow-minded in his criticism of Blair & latterly Bush. Maybe he should consider that the UK & US armed forces are busy in many regions of the world doing good work in peacekeeping. (research & list)
Why is it always the UK/US who are expected to intervene in these problems. Why not the French and the Germans. Why not the EU rapid response force or the United Nations.
How can a journalist self-righteously demand action after spending the last year destructively criticising the action we took in Iraq.
While our London journalists chased the dragon of WMD for a year ignoring the other multitude of reasons that Iraq was invaded, events have moved on.
But the journos have smelt blood and still believe they can topple a democratically elected prime minister and maybe even a president.
The latest skulduggery perpetuated by our London pseudo intellectual liberal lefty journalists is the blame game.
Having got bored with the original concept of 9/11 they now "forget" that it was al Qaeda terrorists who flew planes into the twin towers. It now becomes Bush's fault because of intelligence failures.
It therefore also follows that it was Bush who destroyed Afghanistan and not the Taliban.
The Middle East is also neatly tied up with the Palestinian/Israeli conflict becoming Bush's fault.
Obviously, now we have the drift of this, Iraq is Bush's fault and nothing whatsoever to do with the Saddam Hussein who defied the UN for ten years.
It was also Bush's fault that militant Islamists trained 10,000 terrorists to bomb & kill.
The Madrid bombing was clearly Bush's fault and not the responsibility of the terrorists.
Bali bombing…… California elections…….Iran…… Syria…
Every problem can be easily solved by blaming Bush.

Denial
If you get the drift of where I am going with this I have to say that there is a big lie going on here.
Because this is the only way that the media have managed to get through the Iraq war.
By showing death & destruction on a daily schedule and yet not getting involved.
They have been onlookers in a diabolical plot orchestrated by Blair & Bush to steal Iraq's oil. They have no conscience as it is not their war. No responsibility because they were against it.
Has it never occurred to these reporters that this country is in danger and will be over the next twenty years. That this war was for REAL and not for superficial motives.
No. It has not occurred to them because the truth is too scary.
That our society is under threat, that our country is infiltrated with terrorists that we can't find. That our laws & our democracy are not equipped for this battle. That our daily lives may be blighted by bombs just as Tel Aviv is today.
Obviously denial is best.
Another job joining up the dots. Another weekend. Another pub meal is Hampstead.
Nothing to shatter the peace of suburbia..... Yet......
and if there is. ....It'll be Bush's fault.

A Phyric Victory

15/07/2004

The Butler Report.

So the liberal left media has succeeded in taking the moral high ground.(in print)
It has dissected the Butler report, which nobody else wanted, and picked out all the bits they wanted to hear.
As they collectively pat themselves on the back, secure in the knowledge that "they were right all along."
They fail to notice the historic damage that they have caused to our society & our institutions of government.

We can thank the media for:
Wasting millions of pounds of taxpayers money on the Hutton & Butler reports.
Continuously diverting the government of the day from its work.
Destroying our faith in democracy.
Ignoring the facts pre/post 9/11 that there is a real direct terrorist threat to Europe.
Weakening our armed forces.
Fracturing the ability of our leaders to make decisions.
Allowing the BBC to legally rob everyone during ten years of failure.

As we now wait for the sequel to The Blair Witch Report with the enthusiasm of train spotters during a rail strike.
It is only a matter of time before our beloved journos dig up a rogues gallery of sad losers to back up this tiresome debate.
Will we have to listen to; Blix, Cooke, Short, Dyke, Davis & Chirac yet again?
Who knows and who cares?
All I can say is, thank you very much guys. All you've got to do now is get rid of Blair & Bush & we'll all be at your mercy.
A country run by journalists.

Chirac Caused Iraqi Chaos

06/06/2004

Instead of blaming the US for not having a post war plan the press should have blamed Chirac for the absence of the United Nations stabilisation force.
If our news outlets were more pro-US & less subversively liberal-left they could have analysed the chaos in Iraq as a result of political dithering in the UN.
Before the Iraq war, France, Germany, Russia & China refused to sign the amendments to legitamise the war.
This was done because of Chirac's self indulgent pomposity, German weakness, & Russia & China's financial opportunism.
As the pre-war UN mandate was not agreed, neither was the post war peace legitimised.
We have now watched long and hard as these countries held back support for the Iraqi people.
As they gloated over the demise of the US/UK war effort & as the terrorists swept in to take advantage of the power vacuum.
This would have been a much cleaner war had it not been for Chirac's meddling.
While the UK liberal-left media criticised Bush for months for not having a post war plan they ignored the fact that it was Chirac who destroyed the cohesion at the UN & with it the peace & reconstruction plan.
Our politically motivated journalists formed an unholy alliance of anti US and anti Blair intellectuals who have completely distorted the facts and events in Iraq. Meanwhile, many lives have been lost & a decade added on to the time for creating a safe new Iraqi state.
British journalists who dabbled in this esoteric conspiracy have allowed Chirac to foolishly continue destroying the consensus in the United Nations for a year.

UK Independence Party

Thursday, 03 June 2004

The biggest asset that the UK Independence party have is the French president, Chirac.
Every time he opens his mouth he puts another nail into European Union coffin.
His opposition to the US/UK United Nations resolution before the war has caused untold damage to the situation in Iraq.
His humiliation of Tony Blair at the UN will always be resented in Britain.
The resulting fratricide of the European Unions foreign policy & integrated army is now a sad part of history.
As Chirac's egotistical pontificating leads the French nation into an idealistic ghetto, the C.A.P. & Brussels corruption continue to haemorrhage our taxes.
The British people are fed up with the decades of political failure in this country.
The inability to create an efficient; NHS, Education system, Civil Service, Local government, police force and asylum system while taking more & more tax is a failure for all our political parties.
The first step to control our politicians would be to refuse to pay the European taxes.
The next step would be to cut back the Council tax. and then to cut the cost of government itself.
Bureaucracy is a Methuselah which needs controlling.
We voted for democracy. We got bureaucracy.

Paper Tigers

19th May 2004

In Simon Jenkins's article in The Times, on May 19th 2004, he celebrates Bin laden exceeding his wildest dreams.
Laying out a complete and fulfilling account of the current situation in the war on terror.
This enlightening article gives an in depth viewpoint of the mind of the pseudo intellectual liberal left journalist.
And not just of Simon Jenkins but of the consensus of opinion incestuously propagated in the hierarchy of London's journalistic elite.
Why bother to report news any more when you can manipulate information on such a manifest scale?
As the rest of Britain languishes in apathetic disinterest the London journalists continue to weave their surreal scenario while cross checking with their friends to back up their ideology.

Media War

The story that all the media have missed and actually refuse to print is that this is not a war of soldiers & terrorists but a media war of information.
Bin laden chooses his battles to create maximum press coverage.
The Palestinian terrorists created suicide bombing for maximum publicity & sympathy. The US army is being castrated on a daily basis by the anti US press gloating over its inadequacies.
How can any western army fight a war with an intrusive media analysing every move? Obviously, it can't.
So now we have a Gucci class of journalists destroying our armed forces, demoralising the population and putting our society's survival in jeopardy.
The western population is being softened up by terrorists via the western media.
If this continues, in five years time there won't be anyone left with the will to fight.
And that is their objective.

Neo-cons vs liberal left

London news journalists are fighting an intellectual war against the US neo-conservative think tank.
The fact that the US neo-cons actually have the power to put plans into practice (& suffer the consequences) fails to cower the London cartel of lib-lefties.

London's best journalists theorise on paper but have nothing positive or constructive to offer, just a continuously negative criticism of our leaders and their actions.
This must be some kind of intellectual pique but they should realise that this buffoonery is not a game.
It not only puts them against the US neo-cons but also on the side of the terrorists.
