Region Creator From A BMP

This tool is an RGN Creator. This is good for making non square dup patcher skins and more. Very easy to use, just select the desired BMP, then you manually type in what color that you want to make transparent. ie white= 255,255,255. Once you have done this just press ok. By the way this tool creates the RGN file in the same directory as the BMP used. ie C/Pics/BMP. See the address C/Pics/BMP that is where you got your BMP from so this is where the RGN file will go.
