Region Creator From BMP & Load RGN

This tool is an RGN Creator. This is good for making non square dup patcher skins and more. Very easy to use, just select the desired BMP, then when the BMP has loaded just left click on the color that you want to appear transparent and your done. With this RGN Creator you don’t have to type the values in manually which is cool. Also with this tool you can load an RGN file.
