RGN Creator 1.0
This tool is an RGN Creator. This is good for making non square dup patcher skins and more. Very easy to use, just select desired BMP then click on the button that says pick. Pick means you choose the color that you want to make transparent. When you have found the color that you want to make transparent, right click with the mouse and your colour has been selected. Now you can just save the RGN file.
