There are lots of tutorials out there to be downloaded but if you are just starting out in Reverse Engineering then I would recommend ‘Lena151’ tutorials. I think they are understandable and have some very useful and interesting techniques for reverse engineering. The tutorials show different methods of reverse engineering and where/how to exploit programs on a basic level Also worth reading are these tutorials (1-10) for Olly Debugger.

Lena151 tutorial are video illustrated with words as well!! which I think is really cool, it means it you can actually see what the person is doing and understand why they are doing it, you pick up a lot of basic knowledge and tips.
