Training & Development

All our development programmes are "tailor made" to match the exact needs of your organisation. We offer both group training activities, and individual coaching and development sessions, and we design all our programmes around the precise requirements of the group or individuals concerned.

Because we believe strongly in simplifying the transfer of learning from "classroom" to work, we focus on practical issues, as opposed to concepts. This philosophy is reflected in our approach to programme design - the materials, activities and exercises that we design for you, mirror "real life" within your organisation and so have strong face-validity with managers and a clear "point-to-point" relationship. Our primary interest is to change the behaviour of people, not to widen their theoretical knowledge base.

In order to design and deliver genuinely bespoke programmes which reflect this philosophy, our approach is to:

  • Meet with you and discuss, in detail, your precise needs

  • Prepare and submit a proposal which incorporates:

    An analysis of your needs
    A clear set of defined outcomes/objectives
    An outline programme
    Full costing

  • Hold further discussions with you to gather the information we need to design materials and activities which are relevant both to your organisation and to the target group/individual.

  • Design and deliver the final programme, incorporating clear action plans and a system for monitoring the implementation of those plans.

  • Provide follow-up support and further evaluation where required.
