and development sessions, and we design all our programmes around
the precise requirements of the group or individuals concerned.
Because we believe
strongly in simplifying the transfer of learning from "classroom"
to work, we focus on practical issues, as opposed to concepts. This
philosophy is reflected in our approach to programme design - the
materials, activities and exercises that we design for you, mirror
"real life" within your organisation and so have strong face-validity
with managers and a clear "point-to-point" relationship. Our primary
interest is to change the behaviour of people, not to widen their
theoretical knowledge base.
