My name is Dale Reynolds and I started researching family history with my wife in 1997. The idea was to research all we could on the Flatman name and present a history to my father-in-law for his 65 birthday. This we did and from this simple beginning we have carried on researching both of our families.
For me this research has bought history to life and lead to a much greater interest in social and local history.
Reynolds is my paternal name which I have managed to trace back to around 1770 with Thomas Reynolds in Banham, Suffolk.
From my mothers side comes the Webb name. Again I have been lucky in managing to trace this back to 1782 with Moses Webb from Balsham, Cambridgeshire
