Flexible arrival dates.

There is a minimum rent of three days, (minimum charge £165.00 in cheapest period) all rents under six days subject to laundry and cleaning charge of £50.00.

There will be a £150.00 deposit refundable by cheque through the post approximately two weeks after rental when confirmation from agents that apartment left in good order.
