Taught through the medium of Tai-Chi Qigong

with Rik Midgley

 

 

 

Reveal and understand the interplay of the mind and body to improve both emotional and physical balance. An alive feeling of wellbeing is sought through gentle natural movements, which use a co-ordination of mind and body to enhance awareness and harmony.

Suitable for beginners, drop into any class, or sense the progression throughout the 12 week course, from 11 September.

Rik Midgley Ph.D. has been practising Yang style tai-chi qigong and Vipassana meditation since 1990.
