John Tomlinson's submissions

At the end of January 2004 I received a Calendar from Janet King, as a wee gift from the E-Boats of Clontarf Yacht and Boat Club. The Clontarf E-Boat fleet now totals 12 boats and Janet had illustrated and designed their E-Boat Calendar featuring one boat per month. I was so taken with the illustrations, I contacted Janet and asked her permission to display some of her illustrations on the web. Janet kindy agreed and below are featured 6 of the current Clontarf fleet as encapsulated through the brush of Janet.

Janet has indicated that she would be happy to illustrate for other E-Boat owners should they wish.

Following on from the Transatlantic Crossings (see article in the Members Only pages), I am pleased to be able to display copies of two other magnificent Water Colours received from John Tomlinson

The first is a scan of the Bosco Trophy painting by Jean de Bosset, "E-30 sailing downhill in the trade winds"...

The second is a painting by Jeannette Watson of E-210"Smiling Tree" starting the 1979 Mini-Transat, taken from one of John Tomlinson's photos...
