Each chain consists of a 3300mAh 8.4volt NiMH battery, a 10amp slow blow fuse, a switch for selection of drive or charge, a charge socket, a 10 amp electronic controller, a drive motor and a two part coupling. Shown also is the steering servo and the 2.4Ghz 6 channel receiver attached by velcro to the port side of the hull just at the aft end of the battery packs.
