Income from let land which orginally paid for a coat for the oldest man in the village and
a gown for the most deserving women! Now given in cash at Christmas.

Again income for let land. Now distrubuted in cash at Christmas.


PLAYING FIELD

SCARECROW WEEKEND
Fund raising event originally to raise money for the Parish Church but now involves all
village organisations that wish to participate. The weekend has become an annual event in September when residents display scarecrows of amazing creativity and humour
throughout the village. Stalls, refreshments, art exhibition, entertainment etc.
