BOOKING CONDITIONS

The following conditions apply 

Villa Esinti is our private holiday home.   We hope that you will enjoy it as much as we do;  we will do everything we reasonably can to ensure that you do.  In return, we ask that you treat it with due consideration.

Detailed terms and conditions applicable to automated bookings (via Availability page) can be seen during the booking process.  The following conditions apply to all bookings to help avoid disputes in the unlikely event of any problems.

To allow for thorough cleaning on changeovers, we cannot guarantee check-in before 4 pm on the day of arrival or check-out later than 10 am on the day of departure.  Earlier arrival and/or later departure may be agreed when it can be accommodated alongside the flight times of previous and following guests.

A security deposit of £200 is payable with the balance of your booking fees (8 weeks before start date, or at time of booking if later).  Any loss or damage arising from your stay (including but not limited to breakages or exceptional cleaning/decorating costs) will be deducted from this deposit (missing pool towels are charged at £20 each);  otherwise it will be refunded in full following your return.  We reserve the right to recover from you the cost of any loss or damage in excess of this amount.

You are responsible for insuring yourselves against any accidents, medical emergencies, loss or damage you may suffer while on holiday.  You should arrange adequate travel insurance as soon as you have made a booking to cover cancellation charges (below) in the event of your having to cancel your stay.  Claims must be made direct to your insurer.

Behaviour intended or likely to cause danger, upset or distress to any third party or damage to property may result in termination of occupation for the person(s) concerned.
