There is a door closing off the living area from the entrance hall and stairs, which reduces noise carrying through the villa and increases privacy and safety for those with small children.

First floor

Local agents

Villa Esinti was built and is managed for us by Metin and Paula Keskin, who are well established and experienced in luxury villa rentals.  Kalkan regulars will remember them from the former Zeki's restaurant.  They now own the larger La Terrazza, with roof terraces overlooking the harbour, the same warm family welcome and a fine selection of Italian, Mediterranean and international cuisine (including many favourites from Zeki's).

Location

Villa Esinti is 20-25 minutes' walk or 2-3 minutes by taxi from the centre of Kalkan, where you will find banks with ATM machines, internet cafes, Post Office, a good variety of shops and an amazing selection of restaurants.  Cheap taxis are always available in the village or by phone.  Most supermarkets offer a free delivery service.  A couple of shops and a few bars and restaurants are within 5-10 minutes' walk of the villa, as are the Kalamar Beach Club water sports and dive centre, which offers free courtesy transport, and the Kulube hotel/restaurant/beach.
