WEEKLY RENTAL RATES

Prices shown are for the villa per week, including welcome hamper, twice-weekly cleaning with linen & towel change, and daily pool and garden maintenance.  There is no need for daily maid service, as all plumbing is to UK standard and there are no bathroom paper bins to be emptied, but daily cleaning can be arranged if you wish at additional cost of £13 per day.  Pool towels are provided.

For your convenience, hair dryers, mosquito machines and digital safes are provided.

A highchair and Mothercare travel cot with mattress and bedding, suitable for a child aged 0-24 months, are available to hire at £25 per week.

Villa Esinti is not suitable for anybody who has limited mobility or difficulty using stairs.

Sorry, but we do not accept stag or hen groups.  No smoking or pets are allowed in the villa.

Once we have accepted a booking request (see contact us page) we will hold a provisional booking for 24 hours while you book your flights.  A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure the booking, the balance to be paid no later than 8 weeks prior to arrival.  A security deposit of £250 is also required at this time;  this will be refunded following your return, subject to no loss or damage (missing pool towels will be charged at £20 each). 

We strongly advise you to arrange travel insurance at the time of paying your initial deposit, as cancellation thereafter will incur charges (see Booking Conditions).

The nearest airport is Dalaman, which has direct flights from many UK and European airports as well as domestic links with Istanbul.  There are many flight finder sites;  these are some which you may find useful:

We can arrange private transfers from Dalaman in an air conditioned car or minibus for £60 each way (1-2 people with luggage);  £75 (up to 5 people with luggage);  £100 (up to 8 people with luggage).  Transfer time about 1¹/₂ hours.  Transfers also available from Antalya (please ask for details).

Car hire can be arranged from approx. £25 per day (delivered to the villa).

An entry visa is required to visit Turkey.  British passport holders can obtain a 3 months tourist visa on arrival at Dalaman Airport (currently £10 sterling banknote per person).  Other nationals are advised to contact the Turkish Consulate online or on 09068 347348 for visa requirements before travelling.
