Wellbeing in the Workplace Relaxation and Meditation ServiceYour company can book relaxation and meditation sessions, where the trainer will come to your workplace! In my belief there is nowhere better to learn how to relax at work than whilst you are at work! You can guide me through what you and your colleagues require. I can then develop a package specific to your team in terms of specific techniques and how they can be practically applied in the workplace to enhance wellbeing at work, decrease stress, improve health, and facilitate learning, retention and recall of information thus aiding 'memory'. This service provides you and your colleagues with a range of techniques from basic relaxation skills to advanced meditation practices. An interactive approach to learning is encouraged with sessions taking the structure of teaching, practice and discussion. Within each session you can learn how to apply the skills learned in that session within the workplace. Handouts are provided to aid your practice at work. Rowanfearn aims to meet your needs. Whether you want a session during your lunch break, or before or after work, one or two times a week or month, it is entirely your choice. The most important goal is to increase individuals wellbeing in the workplace. Please note, the beneficial effects of this service may have a positive effect on home life too!
