Booking.

 A non refundable deposit of £100 per week must be paid at the time of booking.

The lead person (must be over 18 years of age) must sign the booking form and return it with the deposit or (in the case of the booking being 8 weeks or less from the start of the rental period) full payment. A binding contract will only exist when we issue a confirmation invoice.

 

Please check your confirmation invoice, and all other documentation sent to you, immediately on receipt. You should contact us straight away if anything appears to be incorrect, it is not always possible to make changes later.

 

We reserve the right to refuse a booking without giving any reason.

 

Payment of balance

Any balance must be paid 8 weeks before departure. If the balance is not received by us in full and on time, we reserve the right to consider the booking cancelled by you the cancellation charges, as set out in this document, will be payable.

 

In the case of your booking being 8 weeks or less from the start of the rental period, you will be required to pay the full amount at the time of booking.

 

Included in the rental cost

The apartment rental includes all gas, electricity and water charges, bed linen, and towels appropriate to the number of occupants, which is changed weekly.

 

Not included in the rental cost

Transport to the property, travel insurance and any other item not specifically mentioned on this document.

 

Changeovers

Your booking of the property is considered to be from 4.30pm (16.30 hours), the keys will be available to you between 16:30 hrs and 20:00 hrs on the day of arrival. 

As the next occupants will arrive on the same day as your departure, you are required to vacate the property at 10am (10.00 hours) to allow for cleaning to be carried out.

 

Security Deposit

For security our agent will ask to swipe your credit card and for you to sign a blank credit payment form. This form will be held until you leave at which point (assuming there is no damage) the form will be destroyed.

 

Cancellation by you

If you wish to cancel after the contract has been entered, the following scale of charges will be applied and become immediately payable by you.

In the event of any problem, you must report it to our local contact immediately.

We will not be responsible for any complaint made once you have returned from holiday unless a written report is placed locally. 

 

Pets

We do not allow pets in the apartment.

 

Smoking

Please do not smoke in the apartment.
