As usual, I keep plenty busy with concerts, parties, school events, etc. Here are just a few photos from this year.

First up, is a photo of Tiff and I at the faculty get together at Hogshead Pub. Every year before classes start, the veterinary faculty organizes an afternoon gathering for freshers to meet each other and vet students in other years. It was nice this year to be one of the returning students rather than a newcomer.

Second, are a couple of photos taken at Waxy O'Connor's Pub in Glasgow where a bunch of us North Americans got together to hang out before classes started again.

Next is a photo of me riding Benji at the Vet School Riding Club team tryouts. Thankfully we did well and made it on the team. Since then I have also jumped him in a show we organized.

We had a surprise birthday party for one of the Americans who is repeating first year. She is from Texas so we held the party at Glasgow's only Mexican restaurant.

I have also managed to get a bit of culture, attending a Mozart by Candlelight at the Glasgow Royal Concert Hall. It was a fun concert where all the orchestra was dressed in period costumes and the stage was lit by candelabras.

For Thanksgiving, the North Americans in my year organized a dinner for all our friends. We had about sixty people come and lots of great food!
