The Breeder (vendor) warrants title to the animal but no other warranty as to soundness or otherwise is given except as may be implied by law.  The vendor has endeavoured by breeding practice to reduce the risk that the unsoundness of the animal may in future be seriously affected by inherited defect eg. hip dysplasia, which is not present at the time of sale.
