In the event of no live puppies being produced, the stud dog owner agrees to a repeat mating/refund of the stud fee. (Delete as appropriate)

In the event of a litter being produced we agree that:

a)   The puppies will be reared in appropriate conditions with 
       adequate warmth, food, medical attention and socialisation.

b)   The Dam owner will ensure that all puppies with congenital
       defects such as Dermoid Sinus or Ridgelessness will be
       humanely put down by a vet.

c)   The Dam owner will only sell puppies to people who can 
       provide adequately for the needs of the puppy and adult dog.
