THIERRY DAUGERON. Thierry arrived in the UK in 1998 after 14 years travelling and working as a Chef and Maitre D within 4 star establishments and more particularly in the Loire Valley region and on the French Atlantic coast. “SENSATION” and “ORIGINALITY” are his key words attempting to reach perfection throughout every menu he creates with his team of professional chefs. Needless to say Thierry’s cuisine is more than a delight to behold and of course to enjoy. Thierry’s worldwide professional experience certainly reflects in the way he prepares a dish, presents a buffet or sets up an event. During 2006 Thierry and his partner Christophe were invited to participate as members of the judging team for the Gordon Ramsay “F Word” television series. In the past Thierry has been working for a Japanese film company to present quality and service within the hospitality and food sector. More recently Thierry has received the Business Personality Award of The Year 2008 as recognition for his uncompromised professionalism and enthusiasm in promoting quality in catering. |

CHRISTOPHE BAUDOUIN: Thierry’s partner Christophe too hails from France in fact from Blois in the Loire Valley. He moved to England with Thierry nine years ago and has a wealth of experience within the interior design sector. In fact he created Plume Luxury Stationery and Giftware boutique based in Stamford, a sister company to Thierry Daugeron Parties & Events. Christophe is an important link in to Thierry’s business as Plume LSG is able to provide many extras thus making a party or event so very special. Organisation, planning and lay out of all stationery, assisting with outstanding gifts including also planning and design of themed interiors for your special event. ALICIA BILLARD: Head Pastry Chef We are delighted to have the young and professional Pastry Chef and Chocolate Maker Alicia Billard joining our team. Alicia was trained in the French Loire Valley and did her apprenticeship at “C.F.A. de la Chambre des Metiers” (the professional catering centre of Tours area for apprentices) in combination with “the” famous local Patisserie of Chinon, La Feuillantine. Alicia has developed all the mouth-watering pastries that our French Patisserie TD’s has to offer. Besides, she will realise any bespoke wedding or birthday cake you might wish. Her talent is as big as her smile! |

KAREN LATHWOOD: Thierry's PA / Events co-ordinator. Karen joined the team in 2008 and is at the core of our business. Her role in the company is to be in contact with the clients, accompanying Thierry on site visits, at the office working on quotations and organising Thierry’s busy agenda. HARVEY PASCOE: Event manager: Master of ceremony Harvey joins the team from a hotel background having been during the 1970’s assistant General Manager of the London Ritz. He was also House manager of the Reform Club as well as managing a number of luxury hotels in England. Lately Harvey has been responsible for the operation of the private sector in a number of English stately homes together with a television and film contract. Harvey is the ultimate person within the Thierry Daugeron organisation to be the master of Ceremony for your special event. |
