COOKING COURSES

Thierry Daugeron & Tukata Bird are pleased to announce a new series of cooking classes available for anyone keen to learn a bit more about various types of cuisine.

AN EXPERIENCE OF 2 WORLDS

“Thai cooking” and “French cooking with a twist” will be presented to you and will follow your first course that you will create, cook yourself and enjoy afterwards.

Our aim is to bring you a rare opportunity to learn how to prepare and cook Thai food with Tukata Bird (Formally of Mai Thai Noodles House in Cheyne Lane, Stamford) who has been cooking traditional Thai cuisine for many years.

We promise to bring you some amazing - though simple to realise - French recipes “With a twist” thanks to Thierry Daugeron - (from Thierry Daugeron Parties & Events Organiser in Stamford) who has great experience in international cuisine.

Courses will be either on set dates or on a private bespoke service, which would mean selecting your own dates at your home. Please contact us for more details. You can either enjoy a one day course or the whole program with all the courses included.

Our courses will start at 10.00am with a talk on products by Tukata and Thierry, followed by a demonstration of Thai cooking with Tukata. You will be able to cook your own Thai lunch. Then after lunch following a demonstration from Thierry, there is the chance to prepare, cook and take home your own Thai cuisine.

Coffee & herbal tea will be provided. Classes will also include original homemade recipe sheets, ingredients, tuition and a goody bag.

You will also receive a 10% discount on all Tuk Tuk Foods purchased on the day.

A further 10% discount will be given on all orders taken on the day of cooking utensils and knife blocks.
