My Games


A 3d action game programmed in C++ using OpenGL. It was originally created by Robert Watson (me), Alex McFarlane, Paul Derrick and Barry Wood as a 3rd year University computer games project. Since I left university I have added to the game, creating a second level and a map which gives a birds-eye view of the player and any enemies as they make their way around the level, collecting a specified number of rings before their time runs out.

Below is a longer video of Khaos. The first 30 seconds or so shows the menu interface which was one of the parts of the game which I did myself. Other aspects I created on my own are the player base (where you begin the level) and the skybox. Many aspects of the game were created by 2 or more of our group. In conjunction with other members of the group I helped with the bump mapping, shading techniques using the Cg shader language, and other lighting effects.
