For Scotland, there is RYA Sailability Scotland.   The Paralympic single-hander International 2.4 Metre is a mini-yacht 4.1 metres long.  The name is derived from the rating formula which allows different designs to race on an equal basis.

For smaller waters or for people who want a less powerful boat, the Access Dinghy is a small single-hulled boat with a weighted keel that won't capsize.
