Welcome to the Salisbury and District Heart Support Groups web site...

This web site outlines our aims and activities, and will give you an insight of who we are, what we do, and when we do it, as well as describing various ways to contact us. The objective of our group is to provide a network of support for people who suffer from heart disease or who have had cardiac surgery and for their families. We have a Cardiac Rehabilitation Trust Fund from donations received which enables us to buy much needed equipment for use with groups in Salisbury and Shaftesbury.
