During the last ten years Sally has been able to concentrate full-time on her paintings which have been used for book illustration, cards and porcelain. Sally has also exhibited her paintings in galleries in the West End of London and around the world. 

Sally was awarded an RHS GOLD MEDAL for her paintings of eight plants in the Iridaceae family and a further shared RHS Gold Medal for three of her paintings as part of a group collection with The Chelsea Physic Garden Florilegium Society. 

Her work has been acquired by The Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew and The Hunt Institute, Pittsburgh USA for their collections.

Sally was awarded a DISTINCTION on the Diploma Course of Botanical Illustration at the English Gardening School, London. 

She is a member of the Society of Botanical Artists and a Founder Member of The Chelsea Physic Garden Florilegium Society, whose aims are to paint all the plants in the Physic Garden for their Archives. 14 of her paintings have been selected for this.
