Geoff got off to a good start to the season with a good win on peg 17. Fishing with pellet to the island and down the left margin.
Second Spot went to Bri Robinson fishing pellet to the left and right margins and he should have doubled is weight with the amount of fish he lost. Third spot went to Richard Burdin who caught on maggot and caster. Weather Conditions were sunny spells throughout the day. The winning pairs were Geoff Howell and Nick Fairhurst

Richard opened is account with a good net of Ghost Carp fishing 13m and in the margins on Pellet. Second place went to Geoff Howell fishing pellet at 13m and paste in the margins. Third place went to Pete Wilson fishing caster in the margins. Weather Conditions were overcast and very windy. The pairs were won by Richard Burdin and Geoff Howell.

Geoff takes his 2nd win of the season with a impressive net of carp caught on pellet and maggot, Geoff fished for 2 hours on the feeder then switch to the pole and pellet. Richard took 2nd spot with carp on the pole and pellet at about 8m while 3rd place went to Phil Hill who fished at about 6m on the pole. The weather played a big part in the result with very strong cross wind and the odd shower. The winning pairs were Geoff Howell and Richard Burdin again been drawn together. Just wanted to mention Phil Hill who took 3rd spot, nice to see him back in the frame.

Daren took advantage of a corner peg to open his account this year, fishing pellet and meat in to the corner. 2nd place went to Richard Burdin fishing meat and pellet in to the corner, 3rd place went to Mark Rhodes fishing in the margins with pellet and meat.

Pete fished chopped worm and caster to take 1st place on a very hard day's fishing with a good net of Silver fish totalling 35lb 5oz. Second place went to the improving Phil Hill, who i think caught on pellet and third spot went to Geoff Howell fishing pellet up in the water.

Geoff Howell drew a corner peg and took full advantage of the situation, with an impressive 126lb 14oz with pellet on the bomb. Second place went to Phil Hill who caught on the pellet and for the second match in a row takes 2nd place. Third place went to Darren Rose who again caught on the pellet and was just pipped by 6oz.
