Under tension, knife hand preparation, twisting right leg to centre then back into forward stance, cross block, twin punch, stepping forward with right leg front kick, right leg forward stance double punch (forward then reverse).

 

Pull right leg back to centre, under tension, knife hand preparation, left leg back, forward stance, cross block, twin punch, stepping forward with left leg front kick, left leg forward stance double punch (forward then reverse).

 

Pull left leg back to centre, stepping to the left, horse riding stance, left knife hand low section block, adjust left foot into left back stance left knife hand outer mid section block, adjust left foot again into left forward stance right elbow target elbow strike.

 

Pull left leg back to centre, stepping to the right, horse riding stance, right knife hand low section block, adjust right foot into right back stance right knife hand outer mid section block, adjust right foot again into right forward stance left elbow target elbow strike.

 

Pull right leg back to centre, stepping to the front with left leg, back stance knife hand guarding block, adjust left leg into forward stance, reverse right hand tiger mouth strike.

Stepping forward, right leg front kick (between tiger mouth strike), straight into left leg side kick, into forward stance, under tension - right hand reverse high section block straight into right hand neck grab.

 

Stepping forward, right leg front kick, straight into left leg turning kick, into horse riding stance, left hand back knuckle strike (temple), adjust left foot into forward stance, reverse right hand tiger mouth strike, Shout.

 

Pull right foot forward across to centre turning to chariot stance facing to back, pull open hands up to solar plexus, right hand under tension over left hand pushing down to navel.

 

Move left foot to left, back stance, left hand forward outer ridge-hand mid section block, adjust left foot into forward stance reverse right hand inner knife hand strike.

 

Stepping forward right leg front kick straight into left leg side kick, placing the foot into right leg back stance facing right, right hand forward outer ridge-hand mid section block, adjust right foot into forward stance reverse left hand inner knife hand strike.

 

Stepping forward left leg front kick straight into right leg side kick, bringing the foot straight back to centre, step out to back with left foot, back stance, knife-hand guarding block, adjust left leg into forward stance, reverse right hand tiger mouth strike.

 

Stepping forward, right leg front kick (between tiger mouth strike), placing foot forward, straight into left leg turning kick, placing foot forward straight into right leg spinning hooking kick keeping right leg forward, step into knife-hand guarding block, adjust right leg into forward stance, reverse left hand tiger mouth strike.

 

Pull left foot forward across to centre turning to chariot stance facing to front, pull open hands up to solar plexus, right hand under tension under left hand pushing down to navel.

Stepping out with left foot to the left, horse riding stance, left hand outer knife hand strike, right hand reverse mid section punch.

 

Bringing left foot back to centre, Stepping out with right foot to the right, horse riding stance, right hand outer knife hand strike, left hand reverse mid section punch.
