Breathing pattern: phoenix, with left foot, thumb on inside of index finger. 1. Turn left, back stance, guarding block. 2. Forward punch with left hand. 3. Back knuckle strike with left hand. 4. Adjust right leg in to forward stance, execute low section outer leg grab with left hand. 5. Front kick, into forward stance, forward punch. 6. Turn 90◦ to right, execute two side kicks (one low, one mid) step down into forward stance, forward high section knife hand block, reverse high section punch. 7. Double mid section punch (forward / reverse). 8. Turn 90◦ to right, back stance, guarding block. 9. Forward punch with right hand. 10. Back knuckle strike with right hand. 11. Adjust left leg in to forward stance, execute low section outer leg grab with right hand. 12. Front kick, into forward stance, forward punch. 13. Turn 90◦ to left, left forward stance, twin low section block. 14. Front kick with right leg, jumping front kick with right leg, into right forward stance, execute forward high section knife hand block, reverse high section punch. 15. Turn 90◦ to right, execute two side kicks (one low, one mid) step down into forward stance, forward high section knife hand block, reverse high section punch. 16. Double mid section punch (forward / reverse). 17. Turn 90◦ to left, back stance, guarding block. 18/19. Spinning hooking kick with right leg on the spot, front kick with right leg (shout), turn 270◦ to left, back stance, guarding block. 20. Adjust front foot into forward stance, reverse tiger mouth strike. 21. Front kick, into forward stance, back knuckle strike to temple. 22. Turn 180◦ to right, back stance, guarding block. 23. Adjust front foot into forward stance, reverse tiger mouth strike. 24. Front kick, into forward stance, back knuckle strike to temple. 25. Turn 90◦ to left, forward stance, twin low section block. 26. Front kick, side kick, spinning side kick, into horse-riding stance, assisted elbow strike with right hand. 27. Turn 270◦ to left, back stance, guarding block. 28. Forward punch with left hand. 29. Back knuckle strike with left hand. 30. Adjust right leg in to forward stance, execute low section outer leg grab with left hand. 31. Front kick, into forward stance, forward punch. 32. Turn 180◦ to right, back stance, guarding block. 33. Forward punch with right hand. 34. Back knuckle strike with right hand. 35. Adjust left leg in to forward stance, execute low section outer leg grab with right hand. 36. Front kick, into forward stance, forward punch. 37. Turn 90◦ to left, forward stance, twin low section block 38. Front kick, back, double punch (reverse/forward). End |
