Turn left, left forward stance, low section knife hand block, adjust front foot into left back stance, high rise knife hand block. 2. Front kick, step into right forward stance, forward high section spear hand strike. 3. Turn 90◦ to right into right forward stance, high section cross block. 4. Circle right hand around left, palms together, withdraw right hand to hip, high section forward punch. 5. Front kick, put foot back into right forward stance, double punch (reverse/forward). 6. Turn 90◦ to right into right forward stance, low section knife hand block, adjust front foot into right back stance, high rise knife hand block. 7. Front kick, step into left forward stance, forward high section spear hand strike. 8. Turn 90◦ to left, into left forward stance, low section knife hand block, adjust front foot into left back stance, high rise knife hand block. 9.
