PAL JUNG DO - JUNG IN

Breathing: Right foot, dragon breathing form (knife hand, thumb outside).

1.             Turn left, left back stance, "C" block.

2.             Adjust front leg into forward stance, reverse upset punch, forward punch.

3.             Stepping forward execute front kick, down into right forward stance, double punch (forward/reverse).

4.             Turn 90 to right, right forward stance, scissors block.

5.             Front kick, put foot back into right forward stance, double punch (reverse/forward).

6.             Turn 90 to right, right back stance "C" block.

7.             Adjust front leg into forward stance, reverse upset punch, forward punch.

8.             Stepping forward execute front kick, down into left forward stance, double punch (forward/reverse).

9.             Turn 90 to left, into left leg back stance, mid-section knife hand guarding block.

10.        Adjust front foot into forward stance, reverse spear hand strike with elbow supported.

11.        Release right hand to left ear.

12.        Front kick, side kick, turn 90 to right into right forward stance, scissors block.

13.        Front kick, put foot back into right forward stance, double punch (reverse/forward).

14.        Turn 90 to left into left back stance, mid-section knife hand guarding block.

15.        Turning kick (shout), turn 270 to left into left back stance, outer mid section knife hand block with left hand, high rise knife hand block with right hand.

16.        Adjust left foot into left forward stance, execute knife hand strike with right hand, high rise knife hand block with left hand.

17.        Front kick, stepping into right forward stance, forward back knuckle strike.

18.        Turning 180 to right, into right back stance, outer mid section knife hand block with right hand, high rise knife hand block with left hand.

19.        Adjust right foot into right forward stance, execute knife hand strike with left hand high rise knife hand block with right hand.

20.        Front kick, stepping into left forward stance, forward back knuckle strike.

21.        Turn 90 to left into left back stance, mid-section knife hand guarding block.

22.        Adjust front foot into left forward stance, reverse spear hand strike with elbow supported.

23.        Release right hand to left ear.

24.        Front kick ending in cross stance, back knuckle strike.

25.        Move left foot back into horse riding stance, left arm elbow strike.

26.        Turn 90 to left into left back stance, "C" block.

27.        Adjust front leg into left forward stance, reverse upset punch, forward punch.

28.        Stepping forward execute front kick, down into right forward stance, double punch (forward/reverse)

29.        Turn 180 to right, assuming right back stance, "C" block.

30.        Adjust front leg into right forward stance, reverse upset punch, forward punch.

31.        Stepping forward execute front kick, down into left forward stance, double punch (forward/reverse).

32.        Turn 90 to left, into left back stance, knife hand guarding block.  Adjust front foot into left forward stance, reverse palm heal strike.
