Breathing: Left foot, archer breathing form (fists, thumb inside).

 

1.        Turn 90° to left, left back stance, knife hand guarding block.

2.        Adjust back foot into left forward stance, inner forward palm block.

3.        Stepping forward execute front kick, put foot down into right forward stance, forward spear hand strike with elbow supported.

4.        Turn 90° to right into right back stance, knife hand guarding block.

5.        Pull right foot back into right cat stance, inner forward palm block.

6.        Execute front kick with right leg, put foot down into right forward stance, forward spear hand strike with elbow supported.

7.        Bring right foot back to centre, turn 90° to right into right back stance, knife hand guarding block.

8.        Adjust back leg to right forward stance, inner forward palm block.

9.        Stepping forward execute front kick, put foot down into left forward stance, forward spear hand strike with elbow supported.

10.   Bring left foot back to centre, turn 90° to left into left back stance, knife hand guarding block.

11.   Adjust front foot forward into left forward stance, reverse neck grab.

12.   Bring right hand down and right knee up to strike; put right foot down, stepping forward with front kick; put left foot down, bring right foot back to centre, turn 90° to right into right back stance, knife hand guarding block.

13.   Bring right foot back into right cat stance, inner forward palm block.

14.   Execute front kick with right leg, put foot down into right forward stance, forward spear hand strike with elbow supported.

15.   Bring right foot to centre, turn 90° to left, step into left back stance, knife hand guarding block.

16.   Turning kick (shout), foot down into horse riding stance, turn 270° to left into left back stance, knife hand guarding block.

17.   Adjust front leg into left forward stance, double choke.

18.   Bring hands to knee, step forward into right forward stance, double inner strike to kidneys.

19.   Turn 180° to right into right back stance, knife hand guarding block.

20.   Adjust front leg into right forward stance, double choke.

21.   Bring hands to knee, step forward into left forward stance, double inner strike to kidneys.

22.    Bring left foot back to centre, turn 90° to left into left back stance, knife hand guarding block.

23.   Adjust front foot forward into left forward stance, reverse neck grab.

24.   Bring right hand down and right knee up to strike; put right foot down, stepping forward with front kick, turning kick; put right foot down into right back stance, knife hand guarding block.

25.   Turn 270° to left into left back stance, knife hand guarding block.

26.   Front kick, step forward into right forward stance, forward target ridge hand strike.

27.   Turn 180° to right into right back stance, knife hand guarding block.

28.   Front kick, step forward into left forward stance, forward target ridge hand strike.

29.   Turn 90° to left into left back stance, knife hand guarding block, adjust front foot forward into left forward stance, reverse inner knife hand strike.
