PAL JUNG DO - JUNG SHIN

Breathing: Right foot, archer breathing form (fists, thumb outside).

 

1.        Turn 90° to left into left forward stance, outer mid-section knife hand block, reverse knife hand strike.

2.        Step forward into right forward stance, outer mid-section knife hand block, reverse knife hand strike.

3.        Pull right foot back to centre, turn 90° to right, assume crane stance, execute right side kick with left arm high section block, put foot down into right forward stance, reverse target elbow strike.

4.        Bring right foot back to centre, turn 90° to right into right forward stance outer mid-section knife hand block, reverse knife hand strike.

5.        Step forward into left forward stance, outer mid-section knife hand block, reverse knife hand strike.

6.        Draw left foot back to centre, turn 90° to left into left forward stance, low section cross block; pull left foot back into left back stance, guarding block.

7.        Stepping forward, front kick, side kick, foot back into right back stance, guarding block.

8.        Stepping forward, front kick, side kick, foot back into left back stance, guarding block.

9.        Bring right foot up to centre, turn 90° to right, assume crane stance, execute right side kick with left arm high section block, down into right forward stance, reverse target elbow strike. 

10.   Bring right foot back to centre, step out with left foot into left back stance, guarding block.

11.   Front kick (shout), put right foot down, pivot 270° into left back stance, guarding block.

12.   Step forward into right forward stance, forward uppercut elbow strike.

13.   Bring right foot back to centre, turn 180° to right, step into right back stance, guarding block.

14.   Step forward into left forward stance, forward uppercut elbow strike.

15.   Bring left foot back to centre, turn 90° to left into left back stance, guarding block.

16.   Stepping forward, front kick, side kick, foot back into right back stance, guarding block.

17.   Stepping forward, front kick, side kick, foot back into left back stance, guarding block.

18.   Execute high side kick, put right foot down, pivot 270° to left into left back stance, guarding block.

19.   Step forward into right forward stance, forward elbow strike (fist to palm).

20.   Turn 180° to right into right back stance, guarding block.

21.   Step forward into left forward stance, forward elbow strike (fist to palm).

22.   Bring left foot back to centre, step into left back stance, guarding block; move front foot forward into left forward stance, forward elbow strike (fist to palm).
