Brewers Droop

This was the first Rally that Sandie came with me on the scooter,

I was worried that she wouldn’t like being on the scoot for so long. But it was a great ride apart from loosing some gear off the back of the scooter, as we arrived in Burton, luckily all was retrieved and no damage done. Met up with Darren and Polly and their kids on the site as they had arrived on Friday. Quick pitch of the tent and straight to the Beer. With the Alcohol level topped up we had a look around the Custom show and trade stalls. After that more beer and watched the antics of the Duckspeed competition and the Grab a can of beer competition. Due to kids and sheer numbers in the club most of the evening was spent outside just soaking up the atmosphere and Booze of course. Though we were joined for a while by everybody else when

some pratt set off the fire alarm. The Sunday ride back was spent proving that a Gilera Runner 180 2 up, can keep up with a PX210, though it was close. All in all a good weekend, look forward to next year.
