Naming Ceremonies are generally quite informal affairs. They usually take place at the parents' home or sometimes at a hotel, but of course Katharina will conduct ceremonies at any venue of your choice.
Despite the informal atmosphere, the ceremonies are planned and structured according to the wishes of the parents.
Ceremonies can include any contributions (poetry, prose, music, speakers etc.) the parents deem appropriate.
As always Katharina collaborates with her clients to ensure they get just what they want.
The procedure is usually thus:
1) An initial phone conversation
2) Parents and Katharina meet to discuss format and contents
of ceremony.
3) Katharina writes "script" and sends it to the parents for
their amendment and approval.
4) The ceremony is performed as arranged.
