About Martin Dean
Martin Dean, Passionate About Acupuncture
When you first meet Martin, you will discover that he is passionate about Acupuncture and Chinese medicine and especially five-element constitutional acupuncture. His personal qualities include persistence (he doesn’t give up easily), a gentle approach to life and a good sense of humour. He is married to Philippa.
After 15 years as a designer in the telecommunications industry, he graduated in 1995 from the College Of Traditional Acupuncture in Leamington Spa, where he learned five element acupuncture. In 1999 he added to his training with a post-graduate qualification in ‘TCM style’ acupuncture at the College of Integrated Chinese Medicine in Reading. He is a Reiki and Seichem Master and a keen student of Tai Chi forms.
Martin is currently taking a post graduate certificate in teaching at Nottingham University.
