comfortable with the idea and the manipulation of the water. It took only a few sessions to overcome this phobia.

Case study 2
Paul was in his thirties and did not like being in closed in confined places, he would avoid small dark places .In the early stages this did not cause too much difficulty but as time progressed like Pam complaint things got worse. His life was becoming more and more constricted avoiding playing rugby, avoiding small pubs in fact he would access to room for its size before he went in and generally liked being in open places. He was a plumber by trade and by its nature he would often be working in tight small places, when he started to turn down jobs his family started to suffer. Realising this was getting out of control he sought help .On his first session nothing could be found in this lifetime but the secound session he fortunately he regressed to a time where he was trodden to death by other people. The feeling of panic and the struggling were evident and the detachment technique was employed. On coming out of the session Paul was relieved to know that there was a very valid reason for this phobia and was convinced that he was not making this up and felt the information came from within him. Once identified strategies were put in place initially using the imagination extensively and then going on to being in confined places and in a few weeks he could cope with even tighter places without problem.

Case study 3
Peter
was a youth now aged about 16 and was very intelligent but was now undergoing exams, which involved being asked direct questions peter though when asked in this manner could not utter a word. This produced all sorts of

hyp1o.jpg

pressure from his parents and teachers. Muscles in his throat would go into spasm , speech therapists had been consulted with no one able to resolve the problem. Peter was very willing to try anything so hypnosis was tried , under hypnosis peter had no problem at all answering questions which was interesting. In fact it would seem that people who have speech problems which are psychological as opposed to physical have no problems when under hypnosis.
At first nothing could be found in this lifetime to cause such a problem however when regressed to a former life as an Russian soldier where he was captured by the nazis things started to become much clearer. He had been interrogated and had died as a result of the trauma and a terror of being questioned had arisen from then. Peter was very relieved to find out there was a valid reason for his problem and then the next part of the program on recovery was started with involved imagination and new experieces being built in a slow manner until confidence had returned. This took quite a few months of talking and rebuilding the damage which had been done. One of the biggest obstacles was the people around anyone who is trying to change as they very much see that person in one light only. It is probably best to involve those people close to you and tell them what you are trying to achieve. From this support should be forthcoming .

Case study 4 Susan has been married for 5 years and has three children. She has been having an affair for about 6 months now. Susan’s guilt is overwhelming, of course. When asked what led her to do something like this, she states that her husband is holding her back, keeping her from finding herself, and she feels lost. Her reason for having an affair is because she began to feel her soul begging her to fulfill her purpose in this life, but she didn't know how to respond to it.
Past life regression was tried, Susan wanted to go to school in the city, but her father (who is her husband in this life) told her that they did not have the money to send a girl to school and that she should stay and help her mother until she got married and had a family to occupy her time and her mind. This explains why Susan felt that her current husband was holding her back and keeping her from going to school when in actuality, he is very supportive and encouraging.
Susan wants to go to school now and is looking into classes. She does not want to leave her husband or continue to have this affair and has decided to call the affair off and continue counseling with her husband. She has been able to let go of the feelings that he is holding her back and realizes that she has been the only thing keeping her from going to school. Her spirit was feeling guilty for not doing what it was meant to do in this life after being given another chance, and Susan has now been able to let that guilt go.

Case study 5 Karin is happily married, but she often feels bad about herself because she is overweight. She has recently been diagnosed with hypothyroidism. Her weight and self-esteem issues have also created problems in her sexual relationship with her husband.
As Karen was regressed and asked to go to the cause of her thyroid disease, she recalled a scene where her ex-husband was verbally abusing her. He called her fat, lazy, ugly, worthless, and much worse things. Karin states that during her time in this marriage, she only weighed 116 lbs, but she still carried a tremendous amount of guilt and shame over her ex-husband's words. Even though her new husband is very kind and supportive and

hyp4.jpg

would never say things like that to her, her subconscious still remembers that she was "fat" and "ugly" even when she weighed 116 lbs.
To relieve herself of this guilt, her mind and body created a legitimate "reason" for her weight problem - hypothyroidism. After regression therapy, she realizes that her guilt is probably what caused her body to create this disease. She is letting go of the guilt, accepting herself, building her self-esteem, and healing well. We expect that her thyroid will begin to heal itself in no time at all, and we're working with her doctor to monitor her results.

Case study 6 Julie was married at a very young age to a gorgeous man who seemed perfect in every way. That is, until he started beating her. Even though he beat her on many occasions, Julie felt like there was no possible way she could ever leave him. She says that looking back, she realizes she felt like he owned her in some way. She felt like his slave.
This gave me insight in what might be causing some of Julie's problems as she continued to tell me that he is now stalking her, and she still feels helpless to do anything about it. Julie, by the way, is now happily married to another man and has four beautiful children.
As I took her into hypnosis, I asked her to go back to the first life with Donnie. Sure enough, Julie saw herself standing in the bedchamber of a castle. Sprawled out across an enormous bed was an enormous and grotesque man. Julie saw herself carry a tray of food over to this man. Instead of accepting the food, he knocked the tray from her hand and proceeded to beat her until she was unconscious. Several scenes of this lifetime revealed the same set of circumstances. Each time Julie saw these scenes, she stated feeling an intense amount of guilt because she wasn't being a good servant to her master.
Now that Julie understands her guilt and ties to this man she used to be married to in this life and was a servant to in another, she has been able to let go of the guilt, realizing that it has nothing to do with her life now. She has let go of the shame of letting him beat her in this life because she realizes she was following a past-life pattern. Julie is beginning to heal and has pressed charges against her ex-husband/stalker.

Case study 7 Jim had a real problem with fire he would avoid all contact with it, which did not impinge on his life too much in the earlier days. However like so many of these types of problems which go untreated things started to get worse. Jim would avoid all pubs as there might be a fire in it, friends and his social life started to suffer. Then he saw a car on fire on the motorway and people running away from it, this event may have triggered unconscious memories as from then on he started to shy away from driving in case there was any chance of being in a car that might catch fire. It was about that time when he realised that his life was getting too constricted, his family were also putting pressure on him to bring home the necessary from his job .Keeping his job was also getting problematic, so after all this at last he decided to seek help.
Nothing could be found in this lifetime to justify the fear but eventually he was regressed to a former life where he was a pilot who had been shot down and in the

hyp3o.jpg

desperate moments as his plane was coming down the cockpit full of smoke and the smell of his own skin burning he managed to pull up and land on a some kind of road. Totally trapped he banged and shouted and looking out of the window he could see people who were on fire running away from his plane at this time Jim died in his plane. Jim was very relieved to find that he was not going mad as some of his so-called friends had mentioned. A few months later and a few sessions using his own imagination he could handle a lighted flame without problems.

Karma

As you have already read from the past article on regression therapy all actions from the past do have implications which can impinge on us in this life greatly. I have been given quite a lot of information regarding a divine principle called karma and what I will attempt to do now is to explain some of its workings.

There is a well-known principle –that for every action there is an equal and opposite reaction. Well over the years I have been lead to certain knowledge and to study certain books.

Human Life in all of its facets and aspects on the surface of it seems to be a haphazard and totally random affair. That’s the way that a lot of people see it, full of events meetings opportunities love, hardship, romance, travel, abundance on all levels of your being and sometimes not, some people are healthy and many are not. However if one delves a little deeper a few certain patterns start to appear .In fact certain laws become quite apparent and our so-called haphazard world becomes a little bit more understood. After all even to the most casual observer of life looking at certain peoples lives full of misery and suffering perhaps people with M.S. or Cancer Parkinson’s they cannot but echo in their hearts why is this occuring?. Some people even say if there is a god would he really allow this amount of suffering to be present. But why is it that some people suffer so and others sail as if on a wave of good fortune.

Through years of searching and studying I was led to the concept of a word called ‘Karma’ I will attempt to give to you what I have been led too. But first what is Karma? Put simply Karma is the law of cause and effect or to put it another way ‘That which you sow in thought word and deed comes back to you .Let us say that again that which you sow in thought comes back to you, what you say comes back to you and what you do comes back to you. A certain Jamaican lady put it another way in a broad voice ‘what goes around comes around ‘. To the casual observer who sees acts of sin and sees people getting away with those acts it might seem that anarchy must rule. Years of study has revealed that far from anarchy it appears that nothing and I do mean nothing and no one escapes reaping what one has sown. This principle applies to every facet of your being, I will be more explicit, it covers your birth how were you born, your parents, the kind of upbringing you had, all aspects of your health, your body type, your schooling your mental attributes. Your friends the number and quality of them, how much love is in your life Also many of the events which happen to you are karmic related .The kind of work you do, the amount of money you earn, the possessions you have or are allowed to have, where you live the kind of place it is. Marriage and when this occurs and to whom.
In many people this is an intrinsic belief in others it is not even recoginised. But can I pose a question to you do you really think that you can rob, steal or do other things and get away with it? Proving this principle can be very challenging but there are many examples from a variety of sources to consider.
First of all we are going to examine the concept of karma or law as there are references to it in the bible which is a series of books from many sources.

John5:5-14 When Jesus discovered a man who had been ill for thirty eight years .

On curing him Jesus said to the man.’Behold you have become well; do not sin anymore so that nothing worse may befall you’

This clearly indicates that by implication of his statement that this mans troubles were caused by committing sin, breaking the law and the state he was in was a direct implication of this.

Matthew 9;2 And behold they were bringing to him a paralytic, lying on a bed and Jesus seeing their faith said to the paralytic “Take courage,my son your sins are forgiven”

Mathew 12:36 And I say to you that every careless word that men shall speak, they shall render account for it in the day of judgment for by your words you shall be justified and by your words you shall be condemned. Look around and just listen today at how people speak to one other, the putting of each other down is so common place even to so called friends, spreading rumors, insinuations, lying. Barely do you hear words of praise and sincere compliments. A lot of people seem more interested in learning how to get on top of each other, to beat each other than to be good company, to give praise etc.

Mathew 18 :5 And whoever receives one such child in my name receives me but whoever causes one of these little ones who believe in me to stumble it is better for him that a heavy millstone be hung around his neck and that he be drowned in the depth of the sea. This should be a real and dire warning to those who commit improper acts toward any child to cause them to suffer.
‘’Woe to the world because of its stumbling blocks for it is inevitable that stumbling blocks come but woe to that man through whom the stumbling block comes”. This can be interpreted as giving the implication of suffering from the actions done by the person who strays from the path of goodness, I.e. suffering. Stumbling blocks could be materialism, sensuality, drugs etc. It would seem even greater suffering comes upon those who are the channels for these influences perhaps such as drug pushers etc.

Matthew 18:32 Then summoning him his lord said to him you wicked slave I forgave you all that debt because you entreated me. Should you not also have had mercy on your fellow slave even as I had mercy on you? And his lord moved with anger handed him over to the torturers until he should repay all that was owed him. So shall my heavenly father also do to you if each of you does not forgive your brother from your heart.

Revelation 13:10 if anyone is destined for captivity, to captivity he goes. If anyone kills with the sword ,with the sword he must be killed .Here is the perseverance and faith of the saints.

Revelation 22; 12 Behold I am coming quickly and my reward is with me, to render to every man according to what he has done.

Acts 13:10 You who are full of all deceit and fraud you son of the devil you enemy of all righteousness you will not cease to make crooked the ways of the lord. And now behold the hand of the lord is upon you and you will be blind and will not see the sun for a time. and immediately a mist and darkness fell u0on him and he went about seeking those who would lead him by the hand.

Romans 1:18 For the wrath of god is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men who suppress the truth in unrighteousness. A real warning to those who suppress truth be it medical or in any way where men would suffer.

Romans 2;9 there will be tribulation and distress for every soul of man who does evil, of the Jew first and of the Greek but glory and and honour and peace to every man who does good, to the Jew first and also to the Greek.

hyp1o.jpg

Romans 12;19” Never take your own revenge beloved but leave room for the wrath of god for it is written vengeance is mine I will repay says the lord .But if your enemy is hungry feed him and if he is thirsty give him a drink for in doing so you will heap burning coals upon his head.” A real sentence for consideration this one.

Corinthians5;10 For we must appear before the judgment seat of Christ that each one may be recompensed for his deeds done in the body , according to what he has done whether good or bad.

Corinthians9:6 Now this I say he who sows sparingly shall also reap sparingly and he who sows bountifully shall also reap bountifully .Let each one do just as he has purposed in his heart, not grudgingly or under compulsion, for god loves a cheerful giver.

Ezekiel7:8 Now I will shortly pour out my wrath on you and spend my anger against you, judge you according to your ways and bring on you all your abominations. And my eye will show you no pity nor will I spare, I will repay you according to your ways while your abominations are in your midst, then you will know that I the lord do the smiting.

It becomes a little more difficult to accept actions, which are impinging on you when you cannot see their cause. This is the case when you can study your own life and see no great wrongs and you realise that these things you are suffering now are as a result of past lives and the actions you committed then.

Some of confusion arises because people assume quite wrongly that there is only one life and that they have never lived before. They assume this often because they cannot remember being alive before in other words they are thinking just using there reasoning mind hardly being aware of other sides of themselves like the subconscious which contains memories of events that happened aeons ago.

They are using their reasoning mind, which is the wrong place to ask the question. Answers to this question are found in the subconscious, people are simply going to the wrong place to find knowledge. Because it is not there and they have not searched in themselves they proclaim I have never lived before.

Edgar Cayce was quite adamant on the subject of Karma and reincarnation and gave many life readings which covered past lives looking at peoples gains and their losses, which provided invaluable information in the destiny of man. He gave many causes for illness and diseases but maintained that all illness is the reaping of actions sown from the past. Over thousands of readings for people cayce clearly identified in many that people’s illnesses were as a result of past actions.
And he identified their causes from the past, which can be seen from this list

Effects seen Today Causes from the Past

Asthma Pressed the life out of others

image5o.jpg

Blindness Blinded captives with red hot irons

Paralysis Injured others so they could barely walk

Anaemia Shed others blood

Racial bigot As a galley slave he was beaten to death by a negro master

Cancer Laughed at Christians being torn apart by wild ani mals

Paraplegic As a Roman soldier – made light of others suffering

Poverty Abused others-Impoverished others

Much personal charm Court jester to Henry the eighth

Repeated disappointments Disappointed others

A woman who was wary of men Deserted by husband in the crusades

Claustrophobia Buried alive

Choking spasms Strangled others to death

Mental illness Practised Withcraft, Black magic

Many times stressed that illness was meeting self’s actions, in some he counciled when a person was asking for healing :that it would do no good as something else would just come his way. Which really gives pause for thought. What cayce may have been expressing here is because this man had not transmuted what he had done in the past, to cure him of what he had would be to no avail.

Well dear reader I am sure there would be a variety of reactions from reading this ranging from I don’t believe it – to oh my god. There is nothing new in this information here it has been available for many thousands of years. Perhaps the best course of action I would recommend is to go and meditate on this information and ask for guidance over these issues. Let us assume you think there could be something in this where does that take us?
Firstly none of us are perfect we have all been naughty in the past we can easily remember this life and what we have done in this one, it gets more tricky finding out what we have done in the past life scenario. To give you a clue on this one I have prayed and asked to be shown what I had done in the past and to some extent I have been shown in dreams visions etc. I am sure if you asked sincerely you would be shown the same. Ok we find out or we remember there were a few bad times when we were less than perfect –I mean just look around the world to day see for yourself just how much is being sown. It is staggering .Now the question arises or should arise will I have to suffer all those wrong doings which I have sown.
Well there appears to be two distinct ways we can meet what we have sown.
The first way is best described in the phrase “an eye for an eye”. This is literally translated as having done to you what you have given out. We see many people receiving what they have sown in this way, cayce said all illness was caused from the past. Many of the rapes, robberies, fraudulent acts, homelessness, etc are as a result of this method being enacted. I am sure you would agree a potentially painful way to receive.
The second way is called receiving by grace, what this means is that you choose to offset your bad actions with good ones. With hard work dedication and effort this is possible and in terms of illness, any illness this sowing can make a massive difference to how quickly you recover from it or you might be even able to prevent the illness coming in the first place if you take action now. Many times cayce stressed that people would get better quicker if they helped others. I have personally seen some excellent healings from using this principle .As a word of caution here do not expect to do one afternoons work for others and be healed of cancer, this can work but it may take much longer to transmute.
You must choose which way –helping others is far easier.

There are some schools of thought which say that karma can be washed away, I can say I know of no other way apart from a master taking on your karma where you can be rid of it. This may bring to school of thought to you about personnel reform and I would urge you to pursue that and that should you enact sowing good seeds, instantly you on a course to eventual happiness. There is quite a lot more to this vast subject and I would refer you dear reader to my forthcoming book where we look at more of this in greater detail.
