AIM Buddy Icons

To use right click and save the image to a folder on your computer

In AIM on the Buddy List Window select...
My AIM > Edit Options> Edit preferences
Select Buddy Icons from the left hand side
Select My Buddy Icon and Browse for the Image you wish to use.
