December 2006 saw a Pug arrive at Shardlow, a new adventure for us. Thanks go to Michael Quinney (Adoram) for entrusting us with her future.	The Apsos found it highly amusing that the newest addition to Shardlow did not bring a coat with it!
Pearl started her show career at the Pug Dog Club Championship Show where she was placed 2nd out of 12 present in Minor Puppy Bitch, and she won the Special Puppy Bitch Black class out of 6. What a lovely start. The following day she took BPIB, BOB and Adult G4 at Marlborough & DCS. The photos on the right were taken at the show by Tracy Morgan. See www.animalphotographer.co.uk
	At Taunton & DCS, held in conjunction with the Bath & West Show, Pearl took BPIB, BOB, G4 and PG1, followed by Reserve Best Puppy in Show.
At Three Counties Championship show Pearl won the puppy Stakes Bitch class, won overall Puppy Stakes on the day and represented Day4 winner in the Final.
	30 November 2008 Pearl had 5 babies
Pearl returned to the show-ring in 2009, taking many Best of Breeds and Group placings.
In November 2009 Pearl had 8 babies, but sadly we lost 2. That still left 6 bouncing babies. See Jam and Elvis.
