Parents Centre, Rugby.
The outside space at the Parents Centre in Rugby was, last year, a large open space; seemingly bland, windswept and uninviting. It has now been transformed with some simple but effective elements being built by the staff, parents and children within an overall plan developed by Simon Venn working closely with the staff.
