(1) In memory of Katharine, eldest daughter of the Rev. James Mackintosh, minister of Deskford, who died 18th February 1866, aged 16 years. Luke viii.-52. 1 Thess. iv.-14. Here also are interred the remains of three of his children who died in infancy. Mat. xviii.-14.

(2) In Memory of the beloved children of Alexander Kitchen and Margaret Shiach, who died at Clune, viz. - Elizabeth, died 22nd Nov. aged 7 years; James, died 9th Dec. 1867 aged 10 years; Margaret Christina, died 13th Dec. 1867 aged 3 years.
Lawrence died 9th April 1878 aged 10 months. John Kitchen, his brother, merchant, Glasgow, died at Clune 7th April 1863, aged 27 years.

(3) In memory of Margaret Sherar, wife of Roderick Johnston, farmer, Todholes, Deskford, who died 15th Sept. 1874, aged 77 years; also of the above Roderick Johnston who died 8th April 1876, aged 85 years

(4) Erected in memory of James Smith, farmer Upper Blairock, who died 12th April 1868 aged 64 years; also his daughter, Margaret, who died 13th Jan. 1874 aged l4 years.

(5) 1870. In memory of Elspet Shearer, who died at Kirktown of Deskford on the 29th February 1864 aged 37 years.

(6) R.P,.Erected by Robert Proctor, farmer, Ardoch, to the memory of his father Robert Proctor, some time farmer at Lhanbryd, near Elgin, who died
the 25th day of June 1860 aged 78 years, and of his mother Elizabeth Garden or Proctor, who departed this life the 18th day of December the same year, aged 80 years. Sacred also to the memory of his two brothers, John Proctor, who died at Demerara July 1842, aged 27 years, and Alexander Duff Proctor, who died at Colombo, Ceylon, August 1845, aged 35 years.

(7) Erected by James Lawrence, building contractor, Melbourne, V.A., in memory of his father, William Lawrence, Wright, G. Ardoch, who died 7th Oct. 1859, aged 90 years; and of his mother, Helen Wood, who died 28th Nov. 1849, aged 77 years; also his brother, Peter, died 27th Feb. 1825, aged 8 years; William, died 3rd March 1826 aged 13 years; George, died 6th June 1845, aged 30 years.

(8) This stone is erected by William Moriso[n], taylior in Windiehills, and his wife, Isobel Allardys, in memory of their daughter, Ann Morison, who died May 1st 1784 aged 22 years,

(9) In memory of James Napier, who died 5th Feb. 1855, aged 34 years; also of his family, Elsie and James, who died in infancy; William, who died 10th Jan, 1881, aged 25 years.

(10) Erected in memory on John Peterkin, who died at Bloomfield 20th January 1868, aged 83 years; and his son John, who died at Portsoy 11th December 1870, aged 47 years; also Jane Meldrum, his daughter-in-law, who died 18th Novr. 1872, aged 39 years.

(11) Sacred to the memory of William Reid, Hollandbush, who died 30th October 1850 aged 50 years. Erected by ----- children, W.A. and Isabella Reid.

(12) Erected by James Reid, of the Exchequer, Edinburgh, in memory of his parents, James Reid, tenant of Swailend, who died 28th May 1815, aged 57 years, and James Clark who died 16th April 1835, aged 82 years; also of Dugald, his eldest son, who died 7th Jan. 1860 aged 37 years; and of his brother John, farmer, Swailend, who died 30th July 1871, aged 83 years; also of his wife, Janet Watt, who died 25th November 1870, aged 80 years; and of their son James, who died 10th December 1870, aged 51 years.

(13) Sacred to the memory of George Davidson, who died 5th July 1869 aged 66 years; also of his wife Ann Reid who died 25th April 1874 aged 71 years; also, of their son George, who died 3Oth December 1855 aged 23 years; also of their son William who died 12th May 1860 aged 17 years

(14) Sacred to the memory of Isobel Bidie, daughter of William Bidie, merchant, Backies, who died 27th May 1844, aged 4 Years. The above William Bidie died at Backies 6th December 1869 aged 76 Years. Ann Stewart his wife died 28th January 1880 aged 73 years.

(15) Sacred to the memory of John Grant, farmer in Raemore, who died in April 1762 aged 82 years; also in this place, ly the bodies of James Grant and Janet Allan, his father and mother, with Jean Bean, his wife, and John Grant, James Grant, and Janet Grant, his children. This stone was erected by David Grant, his son, in grateful remembrance of a kind father, loving husband, and an honest man.

(16) A D 1743 Here lys the corps of John Dowgall and Elspet Skinner, and Jo. Dowgall and Els. Byres, and Jo. Dowgall who died the year 1723, and his wife Elspet Skinner who died 1746, This stone is erected by Alexr. and Janet Dowgalls.

(18) Erected by Andrew Longmore in memory of his wife Margaret Bidie who died at Bauds of Cullen, 6th November 1863 aged 37 years, Also their two daughters, Amy died 16th January aged 6 years, Margaret died 28th August aged 2 years, both at Berryhillock in the year 1850,

(19) Our conversation is in heaven. In memory of George Longmore, who died 30th 1879 aged 4 years, Andrew G. died 26th November 1880 aged 5 weeks,

(26) Sacred to the memory of James Frazer, sometime smith at Ardoch who died Nov. 9th 1788 aged 76 years, He was an honest man, friendly, benevolent, and open-hearted, and a strict observer of every religious duty. Isobel Gerry his spouse, died Novr. 9th 1789 aged 73 years, She was a dutiful wife, an affectionate parent, and a friend to all in distress, This stone is erected by their son James Smith in Banff.

(27) In memory of Mrs. Jane Donald or Russell who died- at Milltown of Deskford, 13th July 1871 aged 53 years, Be thou faithful unto death and I will give thee a crown of life. - Rev. ii,10.

(28) 1864. Erected in memory of William Ellis, late Carpinter, Tochieneal, who died 20th March 1852 aged 41 years; also, his daughter Jane who died 21st June 1846 aged 7 years and 11 months, and of his son, Alexander who died 28th Feb. 1862 aged 18 years.

(29) Erected by Elspet Imlach in memory of her parents, James Imlach who died in 1847, aged 84; Margaret Lawrence his wife who died 1842 aged 77; their son John Imlach who died 1818 aged 18; their daughter, isobel who died 1818 aged 21; also Janet, who died 1837 aged 39.

(30) In memory of Janet Wright who died 26th June 1869 aged 73, A faithful servant: Titus 3.5.

(31) This stone is erected by Margaret Martin in memory of her husband, Geo, Ogilvie, late farmer in Burnside, parish of Fordyce, who died July 23, 1791, in ye 59 year of his age.

(32) This stone is erected by George Wright, Carrothead, in memory of his spouse, Ann Andrew who died 29th Aug. 1791 aged 39; was married 1771; has left children, 5 sons and 4 daughters.

Sacred also to the memory of his beloved wife Ann Wilson who died at Bloomfleld 11th January 1883 aged 44 years.

(48) Erected by William Wright, Brooklyn, U.S.A., in memory of his father Alexander Wright farmer, Greenhill who died 27th December 1862 aged 72 years, and his mother Ann Burgess who died 31st January 1859 aged 67 years.

(50) Erected the 25th November 1825 at the desire of Alexander Lawtie, late tenant in Upper Skeith, in memory of his father and mother, also his sisters Janet and Elizabeth and an infant son, whose bodies are interred here,

(52) Besides the remains of his beloved mother, lies all that was mortal of her dear son, the Rev. George Innes, minister first of Seafield Church, and afterwards of the Free Church of Cannobie, who died on the 24th of November 1847 in the 29th year of his age and 5th of his ministry, after having been subjected to much hardship in consequence of the refusal of a piece of ground on which to build a house in which he and his congregation might assemble in comfort to worship him to whom the earth and the fullness thereof belongs, If we suffer with Christ, we shall also reign with him ii. Tim. ii.12.

(53) Sacred to the memory of Jane Milne, wife of the Rev, George Innes, minister of Deskford, who live beloved and esteemed, and on the 7th March 1836, in the 45th year of her age, departed this life in the blissful hope of being with her ever living and gracious Redeemer, Blessed are the dead who die in the Lord.

(54) In memory of the Revd. George Innes, born at Huntly, 7th July 1777, ordained as minister of Cullen 1st Decr. 1808, translated to Deskford 7th August 1829 and since the Disruption in 1843 minister of the Free Church here, died 1st Octr. 1851, in the 75th year of his age, "Come ye blessed of my Father, inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world." Mat. xxv.34. By their fruits ye shall know them. Mat. vii.20.

(55) Sacred to the memory of Elizabeth Longmore, wife of George Morison in Milltown, who died the 24th Feby. 1840 aged 49; also to the memory of said George Morison who died 18th April 1853 aged 71; and of his brother James Morison who died 4th April 1855 aged 76.

(56) Sacred to the memory of Margaret Longmore wife of James Black, farmer in Ardoch who died the 17th Novr. 1827 aged 56, Here also lie the remains of the said James Black who died the 8th March 1849 aged 88 years.

(57) Sacred to the memory of Mrs, Sarabella Morison, daughter of the Revd, Mr. Walter Morison, 49 years minister at Deskford, married first to the Revd, Harry Gordon minister at Ardersier, by whom she had five chlldren, and second to the Rev. Walter Chalmers, the present minister at Deskford. Pious in heart and benevolent in mind, in person graceful, and in manners affable, a dutiful daughter, an indulgent parent, a tenderly affectlonate wife, a warm and judicious friend. She died the 3rd Jany, 1811 aged 77.

[Under this tombstone were buried the remains of Agnes Simpson, the good wife of Mr. Andrew Henderson, minister of the church of Deskford, married for ten years, the union was blessed with seven children, three of whom are buried in this same place, she dutifully succumbed to death, 16? Kalends of September, a? in the 34 year of her age, 1663.]

(61) Here lyest in hope of a blessed resurrection Mr. John Murray, minister of the Gospel at Deskford, who departed this life March 1st 1719; also Jean Ord, his spouse, who departed the ....day of ... 17 .....; as also James Murray their son who departed May the 5. 1717.
